Quality board and helpful support
Overall, my experience with WowGo has been excellent. Despite fewer features, WowGo excels in quality and affordability. After nearly two months and approximately 500km (310mi) of travel, I've thoroughly inspected every aspect of my board while cleaning/maintaining it. I researched the components beforehand, and the main components appeared to be top-quality, trusted brand-name parts. I've looked them over, and they are all genuine parts (most importantly, the Samsung battery cells that come with this model). A great deal of experience has gone into selecting the parts of the board that matter the most. Right down to the choice of bushings and bearings is just spot on. I've pushed it to its top speed on a velodrome a few times and checked for overheating using a laser thermometer with no cause for concern. I keep the trucks quite loose, yet the board maintains stability with minimal risk of wobbles. This board is engineered for high performance and durability, and it is capable of maintaining top speed until the battery drains.
As for support, my experience has been very positive. I live in a remote location in Australia. Other companies could not manage to ship to my location, even from within Australia. However, WowGo support overcame the freight challenges and found a way to send the board I wanted by air from the China warehouse instead of domestically for a very reasonable price (I can only assume they absorbed some of the actual freight costs). I was very impressed, as I had done a lot of research and had my heart set on this board as it was right within my budget and perfect (if not a little overkill) for my needs. The estimated shipping was 15-20 days, and it arrived after 16 days (it felt like forever, but I've just double-checked and nope, the estimate was spot on). After-sales support has been responsive, I've sent them a few questions about maintenance, and the staff have always been accommodating and informative.
I'm looking forward to the next generation AT model when it comes out, which will complement my Mini 2S.

Incredible customer service. Always responds quickly and is helpful with diagnostics when things go wrong. Board had an issue with the battery, and I sent a few quick pictures It the request of their engineers. After a couple of exchanges they offered to send me a new battery for free! Good warranty and good service. Would highly recommend
Wowgo 3e
Helpful customer support who speaks good English. There was a quite substantial delay on the delivery which was caused by the delivery or customs damaging my package and putting the wrong object in the box. When the package finally arrived wowgo were quick to send a replacement board and also gave a small refund and prolonged the warranty. So no fault of wowogo.
I also had a belt snap on one of the wheels, but once again wowgo were fast in response and are sending new replacement belts. The board it self is excellent and surpassed my expectations by far!

At2 burnt out and got a help directly from the Wowgo HQ, they offered the good price component replacement for the esc+screws. If you think this is big problem contact HQ. They are there to help.

I have other e- boards and Wowgo makes a pretty solid product. As well the customer service is pretty legit.

Got into an accident and my right back tire got damaged. I send a mail and got the best costumer service i could ask for. I was able to only buy the replacement parts instead of a whole replacement set of wheels. 10/10 ferry kind and understanding
Loving my Pioneer 4
Got my second Wowgo board few months ago, the Pioneer 4, on top of my Mini first version still running well.
Great battery, silence with the hub motor.
It’s a perfect compromise if you dont want a heavy board in a city.

le skate ne fonctionne plus après 15 km, il s'est deconnecté en plein run, résultat, plus de freins et une jambe cassée, le service après vente est nul, la garantie de même pas un an, à éviter...
la livraison à été super longue aussi, bref, 400€ à la poubelle, fuyez!
Board died after few month
I bought a wowgo 3 electric longboard. 8 months after normal usage, the board stopped during a ride for no specific reason. Since then I have a rapid red blink of the power button, the board won’t turn on. I contacted the customer service who said I should change the battery which costs 200€, of course the battery part has a 6 months warranty only. Now it’s just sitting there with no use and a waste of money. What a disappointment.
I'm having a lot of problems with this…
I'm having a lot of problems with this board and the costumer service is not helping... After one month one of my motors was dead, after 2 months they send me another one witch I can't change the wheel because the screws are to tight. So I can't ride anymore.
Late refund
I finally got my refund 3 weeks after the confirmation, when they told me I will need to wait 7-14 days.
I honestly didn't have the chance to test the board, so I can't judge that side, but the customer experience was poor, misleading and stressful for me.

Poor Customer Service and Quality
My son used the board for one summer and it stopped charging.
Its been 3 months of working with customer service to get nowhere.
They replied asking me to email again. Been working with them for now 4 months and no progress.

They try and make you give a good review
I ordered a Wowgo 3X. Only to be told that they could not deliver it to where I am living. They then said that they could ship it from China by sea. It would "30-35" days. I am now trying to get a refund, and it is going to take 7-15 days to get a refund. They said that they would need their marketing team, logistics team, customer service team, and financial team. Once I have finally gotten my money ( 10 days by the way). They have asked for me to remove my bad review, which I have decided to not do, because of the terrible customer service.

Chorizos que no vuelven mi dinero
Pedí un monopatín, que tardó semanas en enviarse, así que lo cancelé (como me sugirió el empleado por correo electrónico) en noviembre de 2023. Me lo enviaron una semana después y me dijeron que tenía que rechazarlo, cosa que hice. Ahora no me devolverán el dinero hasta que haya llegado a sus almacenes (se entregó el 18 de diciembre). Siguen diciendo que no se lo han devuelto, lo cual no tiene nada que ver conmigo. He pedido tablas a otras empresas, que son mejores, llegaron sin problemas a tiempo y no me robaron el dinero en dos meses. La única forma de que me devuelvan mi dinero es enviar una disputa desde mi banco. Envío correos electrónicos todos los días y sigo escuchando las mismas excusas débiles. Estoy realmente aburrida de esto. Por favor, compren en una empresa de confianza cuando quieran un monopatín eléctrico. Lo he hecho ahora pero cometí este error y sigue siendo doloroso dos meses después.

Absolutely the worst customer service
Absolutely the worst customer service. Good luck getting someone to talk to or an issue resolved. Sent me an email "Get your order by Christmas" (in 5 days) but yet my order from A WEEK AGO hasn't even shipped. Not to mention they charge 70 DOLLARS for replacement remotes because theyre FRAGILE. Will not use wowgo again.
Slow shipping and customer service
Recently bought a Wowgo 3E with the 2-7 days shipping. When a whole week passed by without them even sending the board I wrote that I felt disappointed as they had also lowered the price of the board in that time. To be fair they said that they were having trouble with customs, but this was some information that I would have liked beforehand and they completely ignored the part of the mail regarding the new lowered price. I then told them to please cancel my order and that I had made up my mind. Only then did they try to offer me the discounted difference back, instead of cancelling my order like I told them to twice in the email. I now have to wait another day for them to respond to my mail even tho I responded within seconds as it seems that 1 email per day is their limit. I really like their boards but I cannot stand by a company that keeps you in the dark and will only help you when you try to cancel the order.
Delivery times
I do get good help from the support, but what ever you do, do not buy extra fast shipping cause it wont go faster i paid for extra fast shipping (2-7 days) the board came over 30 bussnines days later. Then i orderd a new battery i asked the support how long it would take they said 7-15 bussnines days its now over 20 still havnt got it. Only giving one star cause they have been good at the online support.
Been 2 months now still haven't got the battery, apparently still problems with customs!
Update: Finally got it on Dec 18, just about 3 months late!
