Ich warte seit 6 Wochen auf ein Update…nichts passiert! Diese Firma wirbt damit, dass der Versand europaweit nur 2-8 Werktage dauert! Auf Anfrage, bekomme ich immer wieder die Sendungsnummer, die seit 6 Wochen nur anzeigt, dass die Sendung elektrisch angekündigt wurde!!! Der Fall wurde bei Paypal gemeldet, aber Wowgo antwortet nicht mal Paypal…ok, doch….sie haben die Sendungsnummer geschickt! Unterirdisches Unternehmen! Kein Kaufempfehlung!

Warning, it says on the website that shipping will take 2-7 days. This is AFTER they actually ship the board. In my Case it alzo rook a week to ship it to me. But when I got the board it was perfect. I own the board for a month now and already have ridden it 500 kilometers. I defelinetely plan on buying again from WowGo.

When looking for the right electric skateboard to purchase, a big concern was customer service if anything were to happen to the board. My battery recently died and I am very happy I did not go to a different servicer to repair my board.

Wowgo customer service consistently responded to my emails, usually a day or two later. Though I wish it was immediate, it's understandable that they likely have many other service calls. The Wowgomini 2 was very easy to disassemble and customer service asked me to provide video of the battery and interior. Customer service then provided instructions on how to test the board myself, verifying the issue and what to purchase for repairs. Now I might as well put it all back together myself. No need to pay someone else to do it.

One point of improvement is that I wish all the instructions and guidance came at once, rather than one step per email response. But wowgo customer service was reliable and helpful. With some patience, at the end of it, they provided a discount to go along with the battery I needed. I'm very happy with the customer service with Wowgo and relieved that it wasn't a nightmare story for reddit.

Amazing board, never used a board or skate in my life and this is amazing as a first and long-term board. Had some issues with the ESC after ~2 months of use, but hats off to the support team especially Ron, he helped me out on replacing the parts and also quick response time.

The Pneumatic and Cloud Wheels are worth every penny❤️

The battery specs price per point is totally 10 out of 10. Having 345 wh will allow for a HUGE amount of power that will be way to fast for most people.. Only con is I have gone through multiple wheel sleeves just hitting normal cracks on a bike trail. Its a super easy fix. Which they have no prob with their great warranty. I just think the power of the boards has got kinda wild and going 28 mph over normal cracks on the road just cracks the plastic inside the wheels.

My experience is on the pioneer 4. Shipping was fast.

I have bought the WowGo 2S MAX for my son and his skateboard beats all his friends’ boards in performance. The range is incredible, and it is superfast, has a great torque, even on step hills and inclimbs, and the remote control is responding instantly and is very easy to use.

Besides that the board has a super-cool design.

WowGo delivered the skate board from the US to Denmark within the timerange they promissed.

So what's not to like!!! ?

We will recommend WowGo 2S MAX anytime.

I purchased a board on July22 and opted in for the air shipping as nothing else was available and was told a time frame from 20-40 days. Understandable as it's coming from over seas. The next day there's a option for land shipping so I asked about that and if I was able to get it since it was just the next day. Mind you when I put the same board in my cart and do the land shipping was 0$ for the land shipping. I was told by wowgo it would be 80$ for the land shipping. I said no thank you I'll wait. I was suspicious since doing it that way showed free but ok. So a few days go buy and there's just a shipping lab created and no update. (I've never had anything like this shipped so I didn't know) I ask about that and was told once it's in the states it will update. Fast forward to two days ago. I inquired about what was got on with shipping and was flat out told they never ship it because I didn't respond to emails about the upgradees in shipping. I never once received a email, only the messages back and forth on the website and clearly stated I was ok with the air shipping. How can a company just put right not ship a product because the custom didn't want to upgrade. I should have read the reviews about shipping issues before ordering. I filed a claim with PayPal and was able to be refunded.

I’ve bought 8 electric skateboards from various companies and after buying the wowgo AT2 and owning it for a few years I bought an AT2 plus. I only ride my wowgo’s, they are BY FAR the best, and their customer service is amazing, had a warranty issue and no stress or problems getting help from them. I highly recommend

Horrible battery. They claim their battery compartment can withstand a little bit of water but that is completely false. My son had his board for only 4 days. Rode it home in light rain, no puddles and battery showed deep red on their sticker. When we requested a refund or replacement battery they only offered us a 40% discount on the battery. This is after paying 400 dollars for the board and it only lasted 4 days of riding. Do not buy from this company!!!!!

I really liked the product, I think it fit me perfectly, because I love to walk around, and the skateboard reaches great speeds. Now it's my favorite hobby. I had a small problem with the battery, and the maintenance and help team was super attentive and fast, they solved my problem quickly and didn't charge me anything for it. When I buy a product, one of the main factors for me is customer support, and I have nothing to complain about the company. Great product, great customer service, I'm very satisfied.

DO NOT believe the information on the website. I bought a skateboard with delivery to Spain in 2-7 days (the web said it had stock in Europe), two weeks later they still hadn't even shipped the skateboard, there wasn't even a tracking number. I talked to them and they told me they would send it this week, a few days went by and they couldn't fulfill any of the commitments. I canceled the purchase because this company does not comply with what it says, so I don't want to pay to see when there is a problem with their products.

Great company, got my order to Denmark within 1 week from ordering, all came in perfect condition. The longboard (Pioneer X4) is amazing and ride super smooth, very happy about the choice. Also, I could notice a defect on my Longboard Grip and I manage to contact wowgo, got an answer and a fixing solution within a day.

Highly recommended.

I made over 4000 km with AT2 and i am very happy with it. Also the customer service is very good. They always helped me when i need. I would suggest this brand to my firends for sure :)

Although I had a problem early on with my board and thus had a rocky start, the customer service was phenomenal.

Kylie was extremely attentive and always tried her best to bring a solution to my issue. Through communication with her, we managed to asses that the problem was due to a malfunctioning battery, and the team quickly sent over a new one.

The new battery works well, and I have not had any issues with it since I received it a week ago. Perhaps this was a one in a thousand case where the battery is defective, but regardless the team was present to support and bring a solution, and none of it as an additional expense to me.

I definitely recommend the company: love the board, great attention to the customer, and tremendous service.

Honest review here. I bought my WowGo as a first time rider and I've had my share of wipeouts and experiences. I've had two of my hub motors give out on me which is annoying but the customer service representatives have been so unbelievably helpful with sending me new ones that they're good in my books. I'll be recommending this company to all my friends

I bought a Wowgo board for my brithday and I have never been happier. The board is so comfortable even on bad roads. The acceleration on the board is most definitely my favorite part. It is so agile and even the breaks are super responsive. The customer team was quick to act when I had a minor issue with my board. Kylie from wowgo customer service has been so very helpful. I am considering purchasing one of the off road boards from wowgo. Wowgo is the only way to go!

My Wowgo 3 board was having some motor difficulties. I contacted Wowgo customer service to see if they could help. They sent me video resources along with how to problem-solve what was going on. They helped me isolate the problem to a hub motor that needs replacement and what part I needed. Very helpful!

I bought a Wowgo AT2 Plus in March this year. I've used it to commute the 5kms to work almost every day. I still get a genuine rush every time i ride it, some days i go into work (instead of working from home) just as an excuse to ride. It's my first electric skateboard and would definitely recommend for anyone who has done a bit of normal skating or snowboarding/surfing. It didn't take me long to get the hang riding both regular and switch and the high top speed means i'm yet to get bored.

Additionally, i've been really impressed with the WowGo customer service. I had some problems with the lights that I ordered with the board, but replacement ones were shipped as soon as i shot through a video of them not working (thanks heaps Ron!).

All round, really happy with my experience buying the WowGo AT2 plus. It's been planting a smile on my face every day :)
