I have the wowgo x3 and I’m loving it… Great boards,and great company service I highly recommend these boards… Best on the market get it while it’s hot 🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾… Thinking about ordering another board… Really amazed of the power and speed these boards got… my two belts just broke yesterday at da park can’t wait to get it fix and back on streets baby…Thank you and Aloha from Hawaii 🙏🏾🙏🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾

Great boards, great company and great customer service team, has helped me out many times in the past with quick and easy service and have oftern surpassed expectations, have been a customer for many years now and they've always come through.

This board is amazing! I have the 105 mm wheels and I've ridden it over 200 miles over a couple months on paved paths in Boulder and Aspen, CO and it has performed brilliantly. My favorite things about the board are the speed, handling, and how stealthy quiet it is. I use the Turbo speed mode and the acceleration is great and it powers through hills and brakes well. I get good range and have ridden over 12 miles many times on hilly terrain (granted I'm only 160 lbs). You can't beat the price / performance of this board! Highly recommend!

I couldn’t change the wheel on my board and the company plans to replace the motor and similar parts which I really appreciated. I will say that it took a few tries to get a response and the communication was slow but if the parts come as promised I am very happy with the result

Hi I enjoy riding a Wowgo 2S Max very much. When I recieved it I noticed some play in one hubmotor.
I decided to see how it would play out, and it began to make a bit of noise. So I contacted customer service, and got a response the same afternoon. They send me a new hubmotor and it would arrive in 10-20 workdays. The next week it was already in my mailbox. Wonderful product and wonderful service.

Hi, I just got my S2 MAX e-skate. it is really very good, the power is perfect for climbing the many hills around my house. the customer relationship is very good, I received answers to my emails each time to know tracking of my board, thank you Wowgo

Recently had an issue with the battery on my wowgo 2s max. After contacting customer support they responded within 8-12 hours within receiving my message and helped me with my situation. In the end they ended up sending me a new battery and taking care of this situation very fast!

Really like the Quality of their boards.
Support is also very Good.

Battery issue
I had a issue with my wow-go 2s-max board. It suddenly stop running. After contacting the customer support, they promptly help to find the issues, and they send a new battery for free, as it was under warranty.
I wanted to thank the people of wowgo-board for the great support and the so cool skate. It provide me so much fun!

Really fun board to ride and great customer service just know it will take them a day to respond.

J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience avec cette société (ils ne m'ont pas livré et j'attends toujours le remboursement intégral !!).
Mais en plus, ils font que me spammer de messages alors que je leur ai écrit d'arrêter.
Insupportable !!

I bought a wowgo 2s in 2019, after 4 years it still works well (despite a battery that drops in efficiency but it is normal given the use that I make of it after 4 years). Now, I just purchased à wowgo AT2 plus, I had to contact customer service in order to have information on my delivery, they responded and even offered me the helmet in the offer I missed!

This board doesn't deserve any stars. I actually would rate it negative 100. I bought this board for my daughter. She rode it once and then the battery died. They sent us a new one and then the ESC did not work. The ESC has been replaced three times. I have received new wheels. Everything that was replaced has not worked. I have asked for a new board or a refund. Nothing from the company. I would stay away from this company.

Très mauvaise qualité. La télécommande ne freine plus en plein run. SAV inexistant.
A FUIR

After purchasing 2 boards from them with no issues, i purchased a replacement remote for the Wowgo 3, it never arrived, said they couldn’t send another one until the product arrived back in their warehouse. Apparently got lost in transit and they eventually started ignoring my emails after they saying they were “checking”. Horrible costumer experience.

Edit: They replied here asking for my email, i contacted them through their webpage to give it to them, and they never replied, so take that as you will.

Living in Paris, I bought the 2S Max last year in 2022 right before summer time.
My very first electric longboard ever…
And I got totally addicted!
Used it on daily basis to commute between home and work until it became too cold because of winter time.
I just can’t wait to jump back onto it for spring next month.
Meanwhile, I had to order an extra remote and asked questions from the customer service and here again I have been fully satisfied!
Really good board to start with as great company to stick to!

My board died in the middle of a ride within 2 months of riding. Asked for a warranty battery swap and I just got emails telling me to connect some parts I don’t have and the associate, Ron, gives me an attitude because I can’t understand his unclear instructions. It’s been a month of emailing so far and it seems like these guys aren’t going to help me out. Money wasted on a board I thought was a good buy. They have the worst customer service. Thanks for nothing, Ron.

Love the 2s max I got, had an issue with the battery but the support member I had, Kylie, was great at diagnosing and are sending me a replacement for free under warranty
