I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the excellent support team at Wowgo. Not only were they able to resolve my issue promptly, but they also took the time to explain the solution and ensure that I understood it thoroughly. The team member I interacted with, Kylie, was extremely helpful and patient and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a positive one. I was highly impressed by their level of professionalism and expertise, and would not hesitate to reach out to them again in the future.

I was riding my board and it stopped working I emailed Wowgo and the responses were simple and informative in the end they gave me the reason for my board not working and sent a free ESC replacement to fix the problem 11 out of 10 best customer service I could have asked for

Very fast responding, and very helpful in any situation or issue that you might have. They try to help out by giving you details on the issue and how it might be resolved.

This is my first electric skateboard, glad I went wowgo at2.
Live on a farm and this thing goes anywhere on it. Fun feeding the horses with it haha.
Haven’t left level 1 speed yet.

I got a Mini2board few months ago and I couldn't be happier with it... It's really easy to use and super fun.
Besides, the costumer service is great! I had a problem with the battery and Ron helped me out and send me a new battery free of charge.
I'd definitely recommend any wowgo board to anybody.

The products are great! & the customer service is even better! Ron was the one who helped us when we had an issue with our board, and I felt that he was both patient, understanding and knowledgeable. We are now waiting for the new parts in the mail to hopefully slow the issue. All in all I would recommend this company.

I purchased the Wowgo 2s four years ago and the AT2 this year. Both have proved fun and durable. Customer service is great too, they have provided replacements for the occasional broken part free of charge. These eboards have changed by lifestyle for the better!

Whenever my board has a problem, I get help from Wowgo and they got amazing service!

I have a Wowgo 2s Max, it is a really good board, she is powerfull, easy to drive and easy to handle

I've had a problem for my battery, but the customer service is really fast and he send me a new battery

We had an issue with the board that I had just purchased for my children. I reached out through email and someone got back to me that night. They have resolved my issue and are sending new parts out so it could be fixed. Great support from WOWGO boards.

Awesome board! Rides safely and beautifully. Solid design and super stylish. It's ideal for a short commute to work or to the gym. Always folks complement my skateboard :)

Board shipped quickly and works perfectly, it is very fun to ride! I ran into an issue with the remote and support was very responsive and helpful!

I made a mistake when I ordered a product from WowGo.. I simply reached out to them with an email to see what was possible. Very kind, fast and helping communication from WowGo and we found a good solution! I bought a AT2+ board from WowGo.. The board is awesome (been a week I have it) and the warranty is 365 days!

Personally, I love my WowGo board. I have been skateboarding, surfing, and snowboarding all my life. I chose the WowGo Mini 2 because it is small and is similar to a regular street skateboard. Before receiving my board, I wasn't sure if it was worth the price. But after one day of using the board, I was so glad I bought it. I am a student and my board is the best way to get around campus. Not only is it extremely efficient, it is so much fun to ride. And I love the way the board looks, especially compared to other electric skateboards. Sadly, my board was stolen, and that is when I realized what I was missing. Walking across campus never felt so slow. I didn't hesitate to order a replacement. The board saves me a tremendous amount of time every day and is therefore worth every penny to me. For me, customer service has been excellent and very kind. This product has truly changed my life for the better.

I highly recommend the Wowgo Mini 2.This eboard is unbeatable in terms of the experience it gives you when riding it.It us easily the most fun of all the Mini's in the market.Wowgo makes the very best Mini available.I absolutely love it.Of the 4 different brands of Mini's I own Wowgo Mini 2 is my favorite .It does everything right.Its light,fast and exquisitely fun.Wowgo's support if you need them are friendly and helpful.They give honest service and are extraordinarily nice and professional.

The WowGo AT2 was my first electric longboard. 18 months later, I have a couple more. With 1800 miles ridden on the AT2, it remains my favorite.

Customer service has been easy and great to work with. In warranty, I had a couple of parts break and they promptly send me new ones.

Out of warranty, I've asked them questions and they've been prompt to respond, and very helpful. If my AT2 wasn't still going strong, I would definitely buy the newer AT2+!

This is a great board!!!!

The board and everything on it is great quality. Being a 210lbs 6'3" man the motors are able to launch me up to 30mph and then quickly stop in 10-20 yard range DOWN HILL. I am on a college campus with so many hill and cracks and this thing crushes all of it. I defentily suggest wowgo and my 2s max has been a great addition to my college life.
