Cheap call out fee, they don’t seem to carry the basics for a fridge repair so they would have to make another visit. Quoted me £230 to put some gas in the fridge freezer. I felt I was being completely ripped off a d didn’t progress. Waste of a call out fee. Avoid this set up.

Seemed like a reasonable call out charge at £60, I was quoted £100 with another company. I asked the lady in the office about the cost of a new door handle, she said the engineer would let me know on the day, they carry all the stock in their van. The engineer finally turned up after 3 phone calls and two hours late. When he arrived he stated I needed a new door handle!!! He didn’t have one with him, said he needed to order one with would be £120 including vat on top to the £60 I’ve already paid. I was quoted £35 by the other company, I mentioned this, he just said he didn’t fix the prices. Decide to do it myself, bought the handle for £33 including postage, watched a Video and did it myself. Avoid this company, if you don’t want to feel like you’re being ripped off.

I had such a great experience with this company, 1 Home Service.
I booked to repair my washing machine and their engineer came accordingly to the schedule. He quickly explain me what’s the problem and also he offered me great price. I strongly recommend their services!

Highly unprofessional. I had a confirmed appointment; the engineer doesn't show up. The lady in the office was very unprofessional, she started to write text messages and said " I just checked, and we don't currently have an engineer to repair the oven! Thank you!"

How is that for customer service?

Avoid.
I contacted them and got confirmation for a home visit, for a repair. Got confirmation of date and time range. No one showed up. WhenI called them asking for an update, they said that no one was going to come because they don't have engineers for that appliance (advertised in their site).
Waste of time.
Utterly unprofessional.

Made a booking but they refused to give order number, address etc, or proof of engineer, so lacking basic processing. They refused and said they were 'too busy' -that's weird, how do they organise? How do I know it is booked, and confirmed? Have they even got the right address? Who is going to turn up? Or not. So I cancelled.
