I can't fault the customer service from Acorn in Crewe. Alex made the whole experience easy and smooth and I had my new car within a week. Highly recommend.

Excellent Experience
We were asked if we would like to look at possibly exchanging our car whilst the current one was being serviced. The service, as usual was carried out promptly and the staff were friendly and helpful as usual.
Meanwhile, we'd asked that Alex help us in considering changing car, he'd been so helpful previously. He'd already done his "homework", remembering what type of car we wanted and had options ready for us and we were able to quickly make our decision. This personal service from Alex, without any hard sell, is exactly what people want and is something to value.

Went in to buy a new Picanto
Went in to buy a new Picanto, lots of staff but no one seemed interested in helping us. We went to another dealer and received great service and placed an order there instead.

First class service from the minute you walk through the door
Straight away made to feel comfortable and looked after.
Very friendly and helpful and doesn't feel like they are pushing for the hard sale and putting pressure on you.
Took the time to understand what I was looking for then options they had that fit this.

Brilliant experience Kia Crewe
Elliot was brilliant and said he will be with us all the way through joining the scheme doing paperwork to picking up the car. He explained everything on the motorbility scheme to us and did all the paperwork necessary to register and then finalised the order for us to collect new car in March. Would highly recommend kia at Crewe.

No pressure experienced leads to a sale.
Visited between Xmas & New Year when it was quiet. Pleasantly greeted by Elliott who listened to our questions and provided plenty of great information. No pressure to leave our details with him and passed his card if we needed to contact him with any further questions.
A couple of weeks later I recontacted him asking to book a test drive. Date and times were arranged efficiently, again with what seemed like no pressure to make a purchase. I was given a car to drive for a few hours. This was an unsupervised drive and I was allowed to look at the car at my own pace. My wife had a test drive at A.C. But was only allowed a 10 minute supervised driving experience.
We’d already decided on the car, but it was the no pressure, relaxed atmosphere that made me head back to Acorn Crewe to make the purchase.
A pleasure to deal with so far.

Great service and help buying my car
Holly was great at helping me with buying my car. Really genuine person and nothing was too much trouble. The service at Kia in crewe is always fantastic but especially holly on this occasion.

Good car buying car experience at acorn kia :)
I had a great time looking around the show room. Josh was great help with answering all are questions and getting us a great deal. Thanks josh you were really helpful and not pushy unlike other places we have been.

From initial enquiry on a vehicle for sale, through to completion of sale a few days later and final car handover, I can confirm that everything at Acorn Kia Crewe, via Richard Dixon, was "made easy" and handled with the highest professionalism and friendliness. A very enjoyable buying experience and a beautiful purchase, presented to the highest standard.
A 5 star rating for sure.

Expensive with the constant feeling they are trying to maximize the cost of there services to you.
Also had experience of work not been done fully during annual service.
