Hi, I recently had my car in for its first service. This was done promptly almost too quickly. I was slightly disappointed to be charged for a curtesy car and I hadn’t been informed of the charge in the first place and it had low tyre pressure.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my son's new car from Acorn KIA, and the experience was truly exceptional from beginning to end, Thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and genuine care shown by the team.
I especially want to highlight Chloe, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire journey. Her professionalism, kindness, and constant support made all the difference. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure we felt comfortable with each step, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure we were completely satisfied. Her outstanding customer service turned what I expected to be a stressful experience into a wonderful one.
My son is thrilled with his new car and I'm incredibly grateful to Chloe and everyone at Acorn KIA for making this such a positive and heartwarming experience. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Kia Crewe are amazing
The Kia at Crewe have always been fantastic. They’re not pushy and will always find you the best deal. They have found me my next new car and have been courteous and helpful as always finding me the car I want. I am off to them now to pick up my new car .
