Excellent Cars and Service

I went in to enquire about a new Kia.
I went in to enquire about a new Kia but the one I went in about was sold, so I was disappointed as I have always wanted a blue one. Anyway my son & I sat down with Richard Dixon at the Crewe showroom and he was so helpful & friendly I told him I was disappointed that the car I went for was sold & he found me another one which was a bit more expensive. He gave us the keys to go & sit in it, as soon as I got in I loved it, I said to my son I felt like crying as it was so nice. I can't wait for Thursday now to go & pick it up, I'm like a kid at Christmas 🤣
Richard Dixon was so helpful with the purchase, we felt we'd made a new friend by the time we left, so thank you so much Richard & hope you're camping trip turns out ok 👍

Our recent service experience with Acorn of Crewe was exceptional, Reminders were sent in advance that the service was due, booking was easy. On the day staff were friendly and welcoming , we chose to wait for our car and the customer waiting area was very comfortable, TV , coffee and very comfortable seats. The work was completed on time and we are very satisfied, cannot recommend Acorn highly enough , first class experience

My experience with kia crewe was really good,I spoke to Alex saying what I wanted and what my budget was ,Alex was really good,got me the car I wanted and turn around,from seeing it,to collecting next day was absolutely brilliant,i have been going back to kia,now for a number of years,they are really lovely team there,very helpful and nothing to much bother ,we'll done kia crewe.

I purchased a Kia Sorento from Acorn Group today, I was very well looked after by Holly Quigley, nothing was too much trouble and she went through all the important elements of the purchase and was very professional throughout. She also came in on her day off to do the handover personally, taking me through the functions of the vehicle and setting up bluetooth / apple car play etc. She is a credit to Acorn and I'm sure she will have a great career in the motor industry.

I can’t recommend Acorn Group Kia in Crewe highly enough.
From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful. After visiting several other, more local Kia dealerships, the difference in customer service was immediately obvious.
A huge thank you to Alex Cooper, who helped me purchase my new car. He was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and patient throughout the whole process. I had a lot of questions, but nothing ever felt like too much trouble. He answered everything thoroughly and honestly, and I never felt under any pressure to make a decision. It was such a relaxed, enjoyable experience.
At some of the other dealerships I’d visited, I didn’t always feel like I was being taken seriously. At Crewe, it was the complete opposite – you’re looked after from the moment you arrive, and the whole team makes you feel valued.
I also arrived quite late in the day, close to closing time, but despite that, everyone still went out of their way to help as much as they could. I never once felt rushed.
The level of service has been so good that I’m more than happy to drive a little further for future servicing because I know my car will be in good hands.
Thank you again to Alex and the whole team for making what can often be a stressful experience such an enjoyable one. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Acorn Group Kia Crewe to anyone looking for fantastic customer service. 👍🏼

I went to inquire about a new Kia car…
I went to inquire about a new Kia car with my family. As soon as we entered the showroom, all the agents pretended to be busy and offered no assistance. After some time, we were attended to by an agent who didn't even offer us water, despite it being 33 degrees outside. He seemed uninterested in answering our questions and even suggested that we visit the MG garage instead, claiming they have better cars. Due to this experience, I will not be buying from Kia anymore; you have lost a customer.

Acorn Kia Crewe fab experience
Just bought a car from Acorn Kia in Crewe. Delt with a really nice man called Elliot. He was brilliant. He didn't push to sell me stuff I didn't want and didn't add on load of extras then give me a total like a previous Kia garage did. He was really helpful and answered all my questions even if they sounded stupid. And to top it off he organised delivery of my car on the day I wanted. So grateful love the car.
