Excellent Car Dealership with Extremely Helpful Sales Support
I would like to give huge thanks to Richard Dixon from the team at Kia Crewe for helping me choose the right Kia for me. He made the whole process run smoothly from start to finish - from having a first look at the car - to test drive, and then through to supporting me with completion of the paper work.
Richard was extremely helpful in explaining everything I needed to know, and guided me carefully through the buying process, to a successful completion swiftly!
After such a positive experience, I will definitely consider Kia Crewe in future, for my next vehicle purchase.
I have already started recommending Kia Crewe to all my friends, family and work colleagues!
In my view - an excellent, professional and trustworthy car dealership, with very helpful, friendly staff.

First class in every way
My previous experience with Acorn Group was very positive, but it has been surpassed by my latest transaction. We feel completely supported by an excellent dealership, which still maintains it’s personal ethos, despite its growth into a major dealer organisation.

I had to take the car back as the rear…
I had to take the car back as the rear bumper was touching the boot since having a towbar fitted by the main dealer, not enough had been cut out during installation which meant having to book a day off to take it back. Advised complimentary wash and vac, wash yes but left it streaky, vac, certainly not hovered. But at least car now fixed which is the main thing

Hannah was amazing
Hannah was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, she made us feel welcome and valued. We test drove a car a couple of times which wasn’t an issue, the whole process of test driving and ordering couldn’t have been faster or easier. My Nicest Car Purchase Experience
Whilst driving for over 50 years I’ve bought and sold a number of cars but I can definitely say that this was the nicest car buying experience I’ve ever had. All credit to Josh for his patience, knowledge and pleasant manner to achieve a deal that all parties were happy with.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service from walking into showroom looking at changing car till leaving with deal being done. Cannot fault Kia Crewe. One little hiccup but that was explained throughly to me why collection would be delayed by a couple of days. Have been coming to this garage for a long time and have been looked after on every visit, wether to buy or service would give 10 stars if I could.

Very, very expensive though at £120 an hour plus VAT to fit some replacement trim.

Excellent Customer Service
Acorn Kia Crewe, Excellent customer service. We have just purchased a Kia Sportage and I have to say a big thank you to Elliot, part of the sales team. He was professional and so helpful from start to finish. Everything was explained without any pressure or being rushed. Walking into the sales room the atmosphere was great with a good morning and a smile. It was relaxed and so friendly, you were made to feel like part of the family. Elliot was so helpful from showing me round the car, to explaining how everything works even helping to see if the dog crate fits brilliant customer service. After purchase a simple phone call the day after, just checking everything was OK. I wanted my private registration number on the car and Elliot helped me though the whole process to make this happen. I would definitely recommend Acorn Kia, Crewe. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service I received. Last thing to add, the car is amazing.

The best and most stress free experience we have ever had, no pressure selling, everything was easy and relaxed. The main thing was our experience with sales assistant Holly, she is brilliant and obviously a great asset to the Kia company , such a lovely person, she is a gem!
