Very disappointing experience at AirHop Rotherham.

We were 2 adults and 2 toddlers. As adults, we weren’t there to jump or play—we were simply supervising our children. We paid £58 for a one-hour session, including just a couple of drinks, which I think is far too expensive for what was offered.

The venue was very dark with poor lighting, making it difficult to keep an eye on young children. In my opinion, it’s not really suitable for toddlers.

I also tried to leave a Google review but couldn’t because reviews appear to be disabled for this location. That was disappointing, as customers should be able to share honest feedback.

Unfortunately, I won’t be returning or recommending this venue.
