It’s been an early start
It’s been an early start, having to get up at 4, to leave my hotel in ischia at 5.30am. Arriving at London at 2pm, quite exhausted. Natalia at Airpot Bus Express at London Stansted Airport has been very helpful, pleasant and efficient. I’m now on my way to Stratford.

Myself and my partner got the bus at 5.30 am this morning to the airport and our bus driver,Jason, was just brilliant. Met us with a friendly smile and some jokes along the way. He really made the morning of stressful travel much easier! The others staff were also very helpful!

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, very friendly staff members. I left my laptop bag on a coach from Stansted airport to Stratford and it was returned to me within 2 hours. They were able to locate the coach and retrieve my bag within minutes of me calling them, and Antonio (the real MVP) kept me updated via email.
I would recommend their services to any and everyone.

I forgot my luggage at the bus from the airport to the bus station, I thought I lost it but gladly they helped me and were all the time in tough with me until they found it and gave it me back.

Amazing people! Trains stopped working, the bus station was a mess and they seemed to be the only people knowing what was happening and how to help! Was in London quicker and cheeper than I expected! The 2 guys and 1 girl outside was amazing!

I don't raccomand to use this company. I purchased a ticket online using Paypal, I have never received anything in my email I tried to contact them via email several times and they didn't replay so I lost my money.
