Har købt 3 stk mc CarPlay, 2 af dem er defekte, har forsøgt at lave reklamation på dem, der skal sendes bevis med, har lavet en video men den er ikke muligt at sende med, så det blev et billede. Jeg har intet modtaget fra alliexpress om at de arbejder på min reklamation og om at de har modtaget min reklamation. Meget dårligt kundeservice.

Compré unos airpod 4 de Appel y cuando fui a una tienda appel para usar la garantía, ya que uno me dejó de funcionar, comprobaron en su sistema con el número de serie que era una falsificación por lo que no se hacían cargo. Un timo como la copa de un pino. Se acabó Aliexpres para mi.

Ich habe vor 4 Monaten Stifte für 8,49 EUR bestellt. Sie sind leider nie eingetroffen. Es gab auch keine Versandbestätigung. Auf mehrfaches schriftliches Nachfragen absolut keine Antwort. Da ich das Produkt über Paypal bestellt hatte und der Kauf damit eigentlich versichert war (dachte ich zumindest) hab ich die Sache an Paypal übergeben. Leider auch ohne Erfolg. Das ich die Ware einfach nur nicht erhalten hatte fand Paypal nicht schlimm und hat die die Versicherung nachträglich abgelehnt. Ich werde hier nie wieder bestellen!

Uwaga na produkty kupowane w ramach programu Choice. To fikcja, w momencie zwrotu ostatnio nie są już dostarczane etykiety zwrotne, ale informacja że należy odeslac za granicę na wlasny koszt i wystąpić refundacje. Opis jest niejasny, jest tam np informacja ze nalezy skonultowac z nimi koszt odeslania. Nie polecam wykonywac transakcji zakupu jesli nie jestescie pewni kupowanego produktu.

Ignorancja w sprawie zwrotów środków. Przesylki od ponad tygodnia w jednym miejscu wszystko po terminie i nie odpowiadają.

Mi n°3047760343058113.de pedido de aliexprress pongo 1 porque no puedo poner 0 son uno timadores , fraudalentos el 7 /01/2025 compre una zapatillas de deporte Nike Air Monarch IV blanc.a la vendores CGG-Sport Store el 8/01/2025 me lo enviaron y el 10/01/2025 me bloqueo la cuenta sin motivos ninguno puse 4 apelaciones y 5 o 6 reclamaciones todo inútil le mande documentación para que vieran que la cuenta es mía es decir recibo del cobro ,factura de la compra y todos los mensajes que van a mi correo de ellos que quieren mas el 17/02/2025 me vino el producto que era una zapatillas falsas y desfectuosas son unos estafadores y lo peor que fue el vendedor quien bloqueo la cuenta para que no pudiera entrar para pedir el rembolso así que me han bloqueado inventándose que la cuenta esta robada son unos timadores espero que tengan cuidado cuando compren no le ha consejo que compren si les pasa no van a poder hacer nada en aliexpress van a su favor porque es la plataforma la que tiene que rembolsar y al final son todos estan al complot hay esta la prueba que no te desbloquean la cuenta.

Ordered an egg roller. Its arrived battered and brown taped into a box tat had cleared been opening and seemingly kicked about on the floor. I took then item out of the box and followed instructions to get it to work. Unsurprisingly the thing wouldn't switch on, no lights, no heat, no noise. I request a refund and return to Alli. They asked me for a video of it not working despite my initial 2 x photo submission.... I argued this, they agreed they will send a returns label and issue a refund. 2.5 weeks on and 5 messages from m6erlf requesting a returns label and I still haven't had one. Theif and fraud is a crime and a crime has been committed here.

I have been using Alliexpres for a while now. This week I received boxer shorts from them which did not fit. I offered to pay for return shipping so I could get a larger size , but was rejected because they don’t take returns even when the product was still completely sealed and unopened. It said on the website that they would accept returns if unopened but I was told that they didn’t accept returns.

Je reçois un message que ma commande est au point de retrait mais ce n'est pas le cas.
Selon le livreur la commande a été retourné chez cainaio logistique AliExpress.
Contacte avec eux et j'ouvre un litige pour un remboursement .
Leur réponse est simple et sec;
Pas de remboursement et litige fermé.Entreprise a éviter.

La primera vez que compro en Alliexpress, compre 10 artículos de los cuales 7 me los ha traído correos, pero por desgracia 3 de esos productos vienen con Ecoscooting la cual no da información sobre dichos paquetes y la atención es horrible. He intentado solicitar el reembolso pero los vendedores se oponen, y como no, es imposible contactar con Alliexpress para que hagan de mediadores en esta situación y obviamente que me ofrezcan una solución, ya que eso de limpiarse las manos de esta manera, me parece horrible. Seguramente no vuelva a comprar en Alliexpress y pienso difundir mi experiencia y situación.
