Alliexpress funktioniert so lange, bis man eine Reklamation hat, d. h. ein elektrisches Gerät nicht mehr funktioniert. Gewährleistung scheint ein Fremdwort in China zu sein? Wird man etwas lauter, weil keiner für eine Reparatur zuständig fühlt, erhält man folgende Mitteilung von Aliexpress:

Je cherche à me faire rembourser depuis le 30 décembre 2022 d'un colis que j'aurais dû recevoir maximum le 24 décembre et que je n'ai jamais reçu. J'ai contacter à plusieurs reprises le service client et personne ne me donne de solution à part attendre la fin du litige qui est à chaque fois repoussé. Je ne sais pas quoi faire pour me faire rembourser !
Je vous déconseille d'acheter içi, quand on ne reçoit pas le commande, le service client se fou de nous et ne nous dit que d'attendre !

Franchement c'est du vol ! et aucun effort pour aider dans le remboursement d'un coli non reçu !!

I have ordered watch order id 8125635239316408 from alliexpres store Vi-Audeo expert.
I paid 70.2 dolar ,watc with 16 icons on the screen. The saler send me another watch with 4 icons on screen(cheper). I send few sms but he play with me .i want him to send me the real watch what i have ordered or to refuned me. Thanks

Para comprar cosas muy económicas de menos de 5€ puedes arriesgarte. Pero con productos en los que necesites un mínimo de calidad o fiabilidad... no te la juegues. Ademas su servicio de post venta no se pone de parte del comprador.

The orders are passing very slow. But the customer service is very receptive and trustfull. They will always resolve your problems and make refoud your money almost instantly if is the case. The worst thing is that will take minimum 2 months for your order to arrive.

Ordered 3 pairs two were scratched on delivery. One scratch is directly in the line of sight..... Poor effort from what I can tell. Aliexpress used to be good but lots of shifty sellers now. I'm going back to EBay

Hasta ahora no había tenido problemas con esta empresa pero el último pedido que hice que era una chaqueta kimono de la empresa YI NA SHENG WU Dance Costume Store, con numero de pedido3004026560788196 , no me ha llegado, en su lugar he recibido 7 paquetes de preservativos y hasta la fecha de hoy solo me contestó la empresa suministradora del kimono que ellos no son los culpables, que reclame a alliexpress, pero estos aun ni me han contestado, de esto ya hace un mes

He comprado en todas estas tiendas y he recibido todos mis envíos y de muy buena calidad !! Incluso mis tres tiendas favoritas por la calidad de la ropa son las tres primara ya mencionadas la recomiendo 100 % tengo unas ropas en el carro no he hecho los pedidos por que ahora están muy caros los envíos lo que antes tú pagabas 6y 9 dollar de Envio ahora te cuestan 26 y 42 dollar es una locura pero bueno ya saben AliExpress es una plataforma confiable solo debes saber comprar !suerte .

Realicé un pedido desde el 6 de marzo y todavía no he recibido nada. La información de seguimiento del pedido no es actualizada y no sé cuándo recibiré mis productos. Se supone que pagamos por un servicio que incluye el producto y su entrega lo cual no ha sido cumplido por lo menos en este caso.

Si no recibes un producto por culpa de correos olvidate de que te devuelvan el dinero.

I think this site is really good actually, before purchasing of course checked reviews and ratings of every item I’ve bought. Just once happened my product to never arrived but got a refund immediately. Very happy with everything I’ve purchased from here, products take time to arrive but it’s worth it since the shipping it’s really cheap.
