Some things that I purchased didn't look anything like in the pictures. But overall is okay, you can ask for a refund if you don't receive your order (happened to me once) and I got the refund.

I order a lot from alliexpress and in general have mostly good experiences. I had never ordered anything really expensive so can't say how it would be if you order a phone or simmilar but for clothes for kids (especially certain sellers) some toys and kitchen gadgets and even some sterling silver jewellery it's great. I had to deal twice with strange and dishonest sellers but I got my money back eventually as they have the buyer's protection. Some goods are of a very poor quality but unfortunately if you pay a pound or so for a product with free delivery there is not much to complain about! ;) In general I am usually very pleased! You can get things you buy on ebay for quarter of a price there and it's exactly the same... The waiting times are very different and depend on the seller. Some orders I got within a week and for couple I had to wait over two months! Some sellers mark item as dispatched and they don't post it for a month so it is a bit if a lottery. So far the most expensive item I ordered was a 50cm Miffy bunny dimmable kida room lamp for £38 and in UK you have to pay £100 - £120 for that! It arrived within a week and it's amazing. Although couple of months ago I ordered the same one from a different seller, I never got it and untill I messaged them I had no clue what's going on. I got my money back no problem though. In general not too bad in a long run!

Generally, the products correspond to the description on the site and are of normal quality. But, attention, sellers are not always correct and do not send orders. Your money is taken out of your account, but you do not receive the products. Aliexpress's customer relationship service has some dealings with sellers and does not return the money. Careful! It does not matter that the store has five stars. Careful!

Os voy a contar mi experiencia con Alliexpress y uno de sus vendedores, concretamente Apple XU ( en teoría hace unos meses eran Estorm)
En septiembre de 2017 compré en Alliexpress Plaza un móvil Xioami Redmi 4X (122€) , en teoría lo compraba en una tienda oficial Xiaomi, o eso mismo nos hace creer Alliexpres. El teléfono se envió desde España y llegó en menos de 48 horas.
El móvil funcionaba genial hasta que de un dia para otro deja funcionar, no reconoce la tarjeta SIM, no puede hacer ni recibir llamadas, etc.
Entré en allieexpress Plaza, y para mi sorpresa me encuentro con que la garantía no es aplicable a los móviles comprados en la tienda ESTORM, ahora APPLE XU antes del 11 de Noviembre (mi caso)
Panda de hijos de puta!!!!!!

Después de leer esto me pongo en contacto con mi vendedor Apple XU, que me comenta que para ver qué avería tiene el móvil, le grabe un video.

Le grabo el video y me responden esto:

He visto su video,lo siento mucho por toda la molestia.
Segun su video,le damos las siguentes soluciones a usted :
-Marcando *#*# 6484#*#* a probar el movil si puede reconocer su SIM.
-Pregunta a la compañía si bloquear su tarjeta,y la banda de su operador es compatible con el redmi 4x.
-Marcando *#*# 4636 #*#* a ver su informacion de la tarjeta a probar si "potencia de la señal móvil del teléfono" estabando apagado,si lo apaga,necesitaría encenderlo.
Lo mejor,graba un video sobre los pasos dichos,asi que podemos conocer perfectamente su problema.

Mi respuesta, tras probar todo lo que me piden y volver a grabar otro video es esta:
Hola de nuevo, hemos consultado a mi compañía y la banda de mi operador es compatible con el redmi note 4X porque ha estado funcionando en ese terminal 5 meses.
Por otro lado, enviamos otro video con las indicaciones que nos habéis dado. El terminal sigue sin reconocer la SIM por lo tanto no se puede usar
Esperamos pronta respuesta.
Tal y como ya la he comentado en otros mail ha habido muchos problemas con este modelo de móvil y su placa base asi que requerimos devolución del dinero o cambio de terminal.

Ésta es su siguiente respuesta:

Le damos 3 opciones,por lo que no tenemos el servicio en España,
-Reparacion,repara en su ciudad,podemos asumir el gasto parcial o total segun la factura.
-Le damos 25 dolares de cupon,que ultiliza para la compra futura en nuestra tienda.
-Le damos 15 dolares como la compensacion a su cuenta,y 10 dolares de cupon.
De qué prefiere?Espero su mensaje,

Hola Lluvia, no estoy de acuerdo con ninguna de las 3 opciones que me habeis dado.
El teléfono está en garantia, por lo que teneis que haceros cargo del importe total de la reparación.
De todas maneras, al ser una averia importante, como lo es (seguramente placa base). Solicito cambio de terminal o devolución integra de la compra.
Como ya sabeis este modelo esta dando muchos problemas con la placa base, asi que deberiais haceros cargo de lo que esto supone para los usuario.
NO QUIERO NINGUN CUPON, QUIERO CAMBIO DE TERMINAL O DEVOLUCION INTEGRA DE LA COMPRA.

Lo siento mucho por el problema que ha encontrado.
Pero la verdad no tenemos el servicio de sustitucion,tampoco tengo derecho a darle el importe total,por eso le damos las soluciones

Y por último les vuelvo a escribir para ver si les ha quedado claro que no quiero aceptar ninguna de sus opciones porque son insulto. 25 dólares....... infame.

Hola, las soluciones que me estáis dando son bastante mediocres como el servicio de atención al cliente que tenéis.

Un móvil comprado hace 5 meses, que ha dejado de funcionar. Que tiene una averia que tienen cientos de terminales en España ya a la que no dais solución.

Las soluciones que me dáis son una basura. A mí me da lo mismo que tengáis servicio de sustitución, es vuestro problema. Yo quiero la devolución integra de mi pedido 122€ porque la factura del arreglo superas con creces ese importe.

Así que no quiero otra solución que no sea esa y si no seguiremos hablando hasta que me lo devolvais.

Ellos sabe que este modelo de móvil esta dando muchos probemas con su placa base y que hay cientos de afectados por este problema.

No me vale sus respuestas de que no tienen servicio de sustitución ni pueden devolver el importe total de la averia cuando el móvil está EN GARANTIA.

Alliexpress y AppleXU son unos ladrones. Engañan a la gente y no dan soluciones.

Seguiré escribiendo comentarios negativos sobre esta página y sus vendedores hasta que me den una solución en condiciones.

love this site being buying from it for a couple of years now. Sellers are very obliging, had a few hiccups with orders but the problem has always been resolved. sometimes things do take a long time to come but unstandable because its coming from china.

El aviso ofrece 4 creyones por US $3.85, compre 10 promociones (40 creyones) y me llegaron solo 10 creyones. Aunque la foto del aviso es clara, Aliexpress no acepto mi reclamacion y perdi mi dinero. Es una estafa, no compren, en este sitio permiten que vendedores estafadores le quiten su dinero a los compradores

Buena tienda y siempre tiene abierta la atención al cliente y si te falla el vendedor la tienda te respalda

I just went to their feedback page for buyers and it literally says "Negative feedback will do nothing" in response to buyers concerns and ratings. Talk about a company who doesn't care about their customers. This explains why they refused to give me my money back with their website link was not working properly. THEY DON'T CARE. I will never order from this company again.

Es ist ganz ok ich bekam immer die Sachen früher als erwartet nur bei Größen und wie der Artkiel auf dem Bild und in Wirklichkeit aussieht würde ich da aufpassen. Am besten wenn man Kommentare von anderen Käufern sich anschaut, weil ich denke Reotur und Geld-zurück dauert ewig und das würde ich erst gar nicht machen dazu wäre ich zu faul und es ist auch nur kleines Geld
