Ordered 3 very large Biscotti jars and two of them arrived broken. Not the fault of the retailer I might add as the box had been badly battered (although they could have been wrapped better given they were glass). I sent the company photographs and replacements arrived the next day, wrapped so well it took me 10 minutes to unwrap them! Lovely products and great service, would buy from this company again.

I ordered 50 bistro candles which arrived promptly.A good product at an excellent price. The delivery driver was efficient and friendly.

Terrible service- do not trust their stock information. Even the team do not know what they have. Ordered 4000 items of a product for an event. After paying they then told me they only had 3,200 and the item was discontinued. I paid for an alternative to cover the gap, was again called (after paying) to say that they didn’t have those either. Agreed with them to just deliver the 3,200 the next day and refund the other part of the order.
They delivered 2 boxes with a delivery note for the whole lot but on opening only 400 items were inside. Three phone calls back and forth, they were adamant it had all been delivered until I said we had cctv showing the driver making the delivery- they then confess that was all they had left. They’ve left us with a huge problem for an event, no single attempt was made to contact us in advance- they just delivered a small proportion and we heard nothing until we chased. Incredibly poor service. I will never use them again.

Placed an order late pm yesterday ,arrived before 11 am today,ok postage was a bit dear but service excellent

ordered a pint carlsberg glass from these people,,paid £7.99 for 1st class postage and took 6 days to turn up,very poor,when it did arrive it was chucked in and open rubber glove box,no wrapping,receipt slung in screwed up,absolutely ridiculous to just throw someones item in an open box and deliver it,these muppets should be shown how to pack things properly before they send their items and not take money from you for first class delivery when that wasnt the case,very poor indeed.

Disgusting company who in hard times are attempting to force a former employee to pay back more money than they can afford for a mistake they made. I am 2 weeks from giving birth and they are now going to send bailiffs because they paid someone incorrectly and are so greedy they think they can afford to pay double what the original offer of repayment was. Ignored emails and went straight to this, rejected offer of repayment. Greedy selfish disgusting morally bankrupt company.

Ordered 4 half pint beer glasses with the beer brand on them. Best price on the internet and securely delivered by courier. Recommend this seller A+

Great service. Great price and very fast delivery.

Awful.Really misleading pricing. I ended up paying £19 for 4 church candles!!! Took 5 days to arrive.. when they did, two had just been ripped out of the packaging! Rip off. Do not buy! Also i said to the rude customer service woman that i thought i was buying wholesale and she said "oh no we are not wholesale"!!!!! Lol

I ordered two Sealfresh containers which were unfortunately out of stock at the time of ordering due to a supply problem. On the occasion that I contacted Avica for an update, the response was prompt and helpful and it was clear that the delay was beyond their control. I have now received the goods, which are of excellent quality. It appreciate that Avica kept track of my order and dispatched my containers when they became available.

Terrible company. Ordered glasses 3 weeks ago for next day delivery. Took my money knowing they didn't have stock. Still waiting and the rude woman in customer services said 'not my problem' and they will come in when they come in. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I'm still waiting for my refund.

3 stars were given due to the product being left on my doorstep along with the invoice outside of the box on the ground.
Phoned the company regarding this but didn't seem surprised in the least and said he will let the driver know not to leave it outside my door if no one is in.
With that being, said I am pleased with my purchase.

Review on behalf of my wife. First time we have used this company and to order some San Miguel glasses.Excellent service throughout including timely delivery and very efficient packaging.
