Very good deals, fast delivery and very good products

Fantastic service, easy to order, competitive prices and the delivery is the best take only one day it.

Excellent customer service experience.
One of the items I ordered was picked incorrectly, their own delivery driver himself spotted this and advised me he would return this back to shop and arrange for another to be delivered.
With some very bad customer service experiences from a great deal of other companies recently I followed it up with an email to customer service they were already aware and the correct item had been dispatched for delivery next day and arrived just after lunchtime. Five stars to all involved.

We as a school always use Avica Uk for our cleaning and hygiene supplies. Avica Uk always provide an efficient service from telephone queries to fast deliveries in Watford.

My order did not arrive on the designated day. I phoned Avica at 5pm that day & was told it was due the next day. I really had to push the person to investigate, as I had been told twice that the delivery had been due that day. She checked with the delivery manager and told me that the driver had been unable to finish his round because he became unwell. She was not at all apologetic for not notifying me. If I hadn’t phoned to check, no-one would have contacted me.
I receive this order at my home address, so wasted time waiting in for this order.
The lack of contacting me to explain that the delivery was postponed and the curt way it was dealt with when I phoned make me consider changing to a different company for future orders.

We have been with this supplier for more than 4 years now. They are always on time and very helpful when we need them.
We would recommend Avica to anyone who would like a professional service.

Avica is an excellent platform to buy cleaning Material in general.
Despite I find it very practical and easy to use, the website is extremely slow and backwards when we compare it to the website and technologies we do use nowadays.

However, the Staff is always very nice. Always ready to help.
