Delays are massive
Coffee is very good, however customer service is a complete disaster with huge delivery delays. Now I have been without coffee for 10 days and customer service is saying I have to wait for up to additional 8 business days!! It is unclear what happened and why my order was not processed.

I bought a new Sage/Breville Barista Exoress and got a free two small bags of coffee via Beanz, wasn't happy with the outcome, wrong flavour profile due to a mix up on the site, and was offered a replacement.
I've just started on that replacement and it was great. Nikeziwe at Beanz was super helpful and totally understood the issue and resolved in good time.
I'm happy to recommend from my first experience.
Customer service is abysmal
Customer service is abysmal! Endless calls and emails and acknowledgment that they were wrong but still fail to honour their suggested goodwill gesture. False promises and lack of communication and follow through. Regardless if the coffee is good or bad il take my business elsewhere.

Beware the Beanz coffee cashback con
I bought a Bambino machine October 2023 with an offer of £50 cashback for every 20 purchased up to a maximum of £200 within 2 years of purchase. Initially there was a problem starting the cashback so I assumed (wrongly) the 2 years started from the activation. I have just made my last claim for £50 which has been rejected. My problem is that the online account kept updating with every order towards my cashback so I assumed I was still qualifying.
I claimed in good faith but despite 10+ emails I was declined. So if your claiming cashback be aware the cashback status on your account might not be correct.
