In November 23 I had lower eye bag removal surgery.
I done all my research via then web and found Beauty in Prague . I read all reviews on trust pilot and believed that this was the best beauty clinic to do this surgery the pricing was more affordable compared to the UK.
I completed a medical questionnaire and took a photograph of both eyes. These pictures were reviewed by surgeon who would decide if you are able to have the surgery. I was contacted a week later to say that I was and was told who would carry out the surgery if I decide to go ahead. I paid a deposit then I was asked about my accommodation choices and flight details. All pre-op matters dealt with excellently. Day before surgery I arrived in Prague and was picked up as advised I would and taken to my choice of hotel [colour factory). I read through the information provided regarding pre-op and what to expect on day of surgery and after. I was advised not to eat or drink before surgery so didn’t. On the day of surgery I was picked up at 10Am and taken to clinic. I was meet by a receptionists and asked to fill in forms and asked if eaten, I said I hadn’t she told me I should off and gave me a biscuit and cup of tea. A picture of my eyes was taken. I was then taken to surgeon for 10 min. Chat. Told surgery would be done under local anaesthetic which did concern me. According to information provided I believed I would be having blood tests etc, and that the surgery wouldn’t be until pm, however, after chat with surgeon I was taken up to op. Room asked to change and on surgery table at 11.am The surgery was performed by surgeon who had 2 nurses assisting. The local anaesthetic was first injected into right eye which didn’t hurt, surgery commenced. Although eyes open I didn’t experience any pain. Then on to left eye, again local anaesthetic injected, surgery commenced but I did fill some pain, surgeon apologised stating a nerve by the fat and that he would be done in a minute. He was true to his words. The surgery was completed by 11.50am I was told to get dressed and I was then taken back to my hotel by cab by 12.10pm. The receptionist prior to surgery gave me a bag explaining the contents, which was tablets for pain relief and cold compression and eye drops she told me what to do and how often.
My only issue regarding my surgery is there was No after care as stated there would be only a card with an emergency number if needed.
I recommend that you ask the clinic exactly what to expect with regards to your chosen surgery as the information provided covers all types of surgery not just yours.
I stayed in Prague for 8 days as on the 7th day stitches would be removed. Please note there is no info provided by clinic about the removal process so I rang clinic the day before to find out. I was told that I would need to take off the dressing protecting the stitches and grease as she (receptionist) wouldn’t have time too on the day! I put Vaseline on both stitches using cotton wool bud and went off to clinic to have removed. The removal didn’t hurt as a result of greasing.
I am writing this 2 months later but not exactly happy with results as still have some puffiness under right eye. I have had no follow up from clinic. Although an affordable option I would consider the aftercare as non provided.

I went through BIP for reduction of fat around the eyes. While the procedure itself seemed absolutely fine, the after care was not.
I've always thought that you can measure a service best by how it deals with it's problems. When I brought a couple of persistent problems up with the, I was given glib and honestly useless responses.

I had trifocal lens replacements in both eyes on 22nd November so I'm nearly one week post op. I struggled that day but the next day it was excellent.
The service and communication was 100%
Once I made the decision to go ahead with the surgery the clinic was excellent down to sending recommendations on where to stay and arranging taxi pick ups to and from the airport and hotel to clinic appointment's.
With the surgery it only took 10 minutes each eye with no pain just a little pressure.

I booked for this operation around two months ago and this week I travelled to Prague in order to go through the process to see if I was initially able to have this operation on the Monday. Let me first say the efficiency of the staff to arrange taxis to and from the airport and to and from the clinic is impressive in itself, not just for me but all the other patients and shouldn’t go unnoticed as I believe the UK wouldn’t cope with this type of organisation. The staff involved from the back office staff, the nurses, surgeon (George) and the patient co-ordinators are simply exceptional.

I was able to have the operation after spending around 3 hours on the Monday being put on various machines and tests being undertaken along with a more traditional eye test as we know it with an optician. In short I was told that I was suitable for the operation and therefore made my payment prior to leaving on the Monday and then had the Tuesday off and back into the clinic on Wednesday morning for operating day.

Again, efficiency is order of the day and there is no hanging around. I was called into a pre op waiting area for all the necessary anaesthetic drops to be given prior to the operation. Impressive again.

The operation itself lasted around 20-25 and being instructed by the surgeon George who is a kind gent with your best interests at heart but was a little frightening initially as you have to follow his orders like look into his light, keep both eyes open so he can do his work.

The first eye was frustrating for him more than me but once that was done the second eye was much more straightforward. Then I was out of the clinic and back to the hotel all within 3 hours of arrival. I was given drops to put into the eyes several times a day.

Back to the clinic the following morning at around 8am and a couple of checks on the machines and another with the optician for a more traditional test and again back to the hotel within 90 mins and they were happy. My sight was deemed good enough and the operation a success in principal.

I write this around an hour after arriving home and although I can see (thank god) whether the operation is a long success depends on time and letting the eyes heal by following the orders given. The purpose for me was being glasses free for work mainly so time will tell.

What I can say with much confidence is that the early signs are good and I hope as time goes by and re-training the eyes with my new trifocal lenses and as my eyes heal things get better and better. If you are considering this operation at Beauty in Prague then let me put your mind at rest by telling you that you get this operation at probably half the cost of UK prices by the time you add on flights and hotel costs and this is done by people who are professional and efficient.

Let me mention Tereza, who was on her first week and she made me feel reassured and I honestly thought she had been doing the job for a long time, she was that good. And a lovely lovely person too as was everyone there. I know it’s a worrying operation as we are dealing with our precious eyesight but trust them. They are fabulous people providing a fabulous service at what is essentially a fabulous cost and you get to see some of Prague too which is a bonus and a beautiful city.

My journey isn’t over as I’m just two days into my recovery but I have high hopes.

Thank you for everything Beauty in Prague. You didn’t let me down.

The treatment worked like clockwork. It was all very efficient from the moment I got off the plane in Prague being left off at the hotel after the aftercare session on the Thursday. The procedure itself only took 10 minutes per eye and I felt no pain throughout. The staff also made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The results of the procedure however haven’t been as good so far as I hoped. I can see well far and medium distances but my close up sight is not the best. When I am inside a building, I find it hard to read documents or newspapers and it’s harder to see my phone. When I’m outside with the natural light I can see small detail much better. I’m hoping this will improve over time but I’m not too sure if it will as so far it seems to have remained the same. It would be beneficial to be able talk to somebody in the company to get some answers to my concerns. Overall the result has been quite good so far but the care taken during the procedure was excellent.

I wanted to have a revision of my breast augmentation and an uplift. I was nervous at the thought of going abroad but I did my research and chose beauty in Prague. Every aspect of the experience from the initial consultation to organising the trip was so well done and there was always an open line for communication . I couldn’t get over the detail in the care they provided in comparison to previous plastic surgery I’ve had in Ireland.The level of pre and post operative safety was incredible and very much took my health and wellbeing as number one priority. The staff were lovely , although communication was a bit tricky at times with the language barrier. All in all I can’t recommend enough. I’m very happy with the overall experience.

My experience with Beauty in Prague has been very good from start to finish.
Initially starting with Nela who sent some brilliant information and initially booked me in for the treatment.

I was booked in to clinic in April 23 arriving in Prague on the Sunday. Monday morning my coordinator Beth arranged taxis for me to clinic where I underwent some tests on my eyes and I also received eye drops. Once it was confirmed that I was suitable for surgery I paid the money for my surgery. The taxi took me back to my room and I had the whole of Tuesday to sightsee around this amazing city.

My surgery was on Wednesday, again Beth had booked my taxis and I arrived at the clinic where I received 8 or 9 lots of eye drops to help prepare my eyes for surgery. I was then taken to the surgery with the team and Dr Jiri (George) was my surgeon and he was great, he had great fun while doing the surgery and really made me feel at ease.

The surgery took 15 mins max on each eye and although it was uncomfortable, it was quite an easy surgery if you just relax and let them do their magic.

My eyesight was bad. +4.25 in my left eye and +4.75 in my right eye (and worse with reading glasses) - straight after my surgery I had fairly clear vision and it got better through the day. I can now read my phone clearly and see long distance easily too. The best money I have ever spent.

Everyone involved in my surgery was great, from Nela on the initial booking, to Beth who really helped plan everything and take care of me during the day and then to the surgery team who were great fun.

I'd highly recommend Beauty in Prague. They were half the cost of the UK (that included the flights and accommodation) and they really were the top team in the country.

Went to prague for lense replacement as uk as usual is very expensive, very pleasant experience. Staff friendly & professional. Clinic is very modern & clean.was talked through proceedure every step of the way.well worth going abroad for surgery.Betty was my liason, booked all taxi's to & from clinic.very nice girl.

The whole process from start to finish was fantastic! Initially Nella, who was great, sent me lot's of information which helped me sort out a hotel, and from the moment I landed in Prague I was looked after. The taxi met me and took me to the hotel and throughout the week it collected me for appointments and surgery as well as taking me back to the airport on the Friday, and this was all included in the price. The initial consultation was very thorough, far more so that in England with Optical Express, so I was really confident. The surgery itself was completely painless and quick and the whole team of staff were great, including George the surgeon who put me at ease just before he started his work. The following day I was examined and given the all clear and taken back to my hotel, where I stayed for an extra day. The second part of the week I was looked after by Natalie who was also outstanding, so overall the experience was fantastic and I thoroughly recommend anyone who is considering having this procedure to just do it as it makes a HUGE difference, especially at such a great price! I had lens replacement surgery with Beauty in Prague back in November last year. I have left it 6 months to write a review to give it time for any problems to arise.
The Beauty in Prague team were fantastic. Everything was well organised during my stay and surgery.
I was kept well informed and the communication was good.
Beth was my coordinator and she was brilliant, from arranging taxis and translation to accompanying me at the clinic.
She was very polite and professional.
The actual result of the surgery has been good after a little bit of discomfort in my left eye which took about 2 months to settle I now have good near and distance vision in both eyes.
I can recommend this company and clinic for eye surgery.

Great service from start to finish, the organisation by Beth and the team was fantastic. My transfers from and to the airport arranged by Nela were on time and easy to identify by my displayed name. Beth arranged all my transfers to and from the clinic, meeting me at all times and arranging taxis back to hotel. The clinic was very modern as newly built with the numerous machines required for eye examinations. It was not painful and nor did I suffer discomfort after the operation. Eye drops provided with clear instructions by surgeon and Beth in their use. I would definitely recommend Beauty in Prague for refractive lens replacement. My eyes are great and will enable me to now play sports without the need for glasses. Thanks team and a special thank you to Beth.

Although I was apprehensive in having Lens replacement abroad, I had a referral from a colleague who had the operation last year, I found the whole experience relaxing, professional, friendly & very well organised from the time you get off the plane until you return to the airport. I can't thank all the staff involved enough for virtually restoring my eye sight prior to having glasses 20 years ago.

From start to finish I cannot recommend beauty in Prague highly enough, from first contact through to having the lens replacement surgery beyond professional every step of the way.
All transfers organised and taxis arriving on time etc. you only have to take care of your accommodation.
Having been quoted £7300 here in the U.K. for the a lesser lens it was a no brainier to travel to Prague and have a superior lenses fitted at a fraction of the cost, if you are doubt then don’t be you are so well looked after, the procedure only took 10 minutes per eye.

I had cataract surgery with monofocal lens replacement in both eyes on March 1, 2023. I decided to have this treatment in the Czech Republic because of the affordable and professional medical services provided by Beauty in Prague. The nurses and Dr. Jiri Pasta at the Eye Centre Prague were very attentive, professional and friendly. Lens replacement surgery to both eyes.
I cannot praise everyone at the clinic highly enough. Travelling to Prague from the UK was made very easy for us and the care of all concerned was outstanding.
Prior to travel the Patient coordinator Nela was informative, fast in replying and great at helping us with the booking, and all questions answered.
The clinic provides transport via taxis from and to your accommodation from the airport; and to and from all appointments.
We were met by Beth, who assisted us at the clinic appointments, answered questions and made us feel very comfortable. The optical staff were fantastic and the surgeon and his theatre staff were outstanding. The surgeon explained everything so well I felt at ease during the procedure, which was pain free and not frightening at all.
Aftercare was superb.
After pain was minimal, easily sorted with paracetamol. The following day I had perfect vision.
I absolutely recommend this clinic to everyone!

From the start to the finish everything was first class, my treatment for my lens replacement went perfectly they did what they said they would do and at a price that no clinic in the uk could match it was £9000.00 in the uk and £ 2800.00 in Prague and the care that I received was second to none, Nela organised everything by e-mail and Beth took care of me in Prague and was with me at every appointment in the clinic and had a taxi waiting for me to take me to and from the clinic and in my opinion she is a major asset to the company,
