My whole experience has been great with Beltray. I can't say the same about Yodel, didn't meet there delivery date as promised, kind regards Ken 🙂

Ik heb beldray steel sfofzuiger gekocht voor 60-70 euro nog geen eens 3 maanden oud. Ik heb hem net weggegooid wat een slechte stofzuiger alles wat hij zuigt springt alle kanten op hij zuigt letterlijk niets. Slechtste wat ik ooit gehad heb!

So far so very good. Love this machine picks up beautifully and cleans nicely. Easy to use, easy to clean afterwards. Really good machine for the price.

Ordered Sunday arrived Tuesday.

Product is excellent. Time to delivery excellent but delivery was awful.
Beldray send with the instructions that it cannot be left in a safe place but either given to homeowner or left with a neighbour. No Inpost option. The driver broke the rules to delivery it but said they won't do it again. Give the customer the choice at checkout. Won't order again.

I live in Dublin Ireland and bought a Beldray vacuum cleaner here in Ireland. I have misplaced the charger and went to the site to order a new one, after some discussions with the help team, I went to order a replacement charger only to be told they don’t ship out of England !!!! I bought the product out of England originally. They should have it printed on their packaging that you won’t be able to get replacements, I definitely would not have spent my money with this company had I known and I’m sure others wouldn’t either. How can they sell a product but not let you get replacements- SHAME on Beldray
I have to extend this review, Beldray got intouch with me and sent out a new charger within days of my complaint, I can only say that a company that has a customer service like that is very good, thank you so much Beldray my vacuum is now on charge waiting to be used. the instructions unable to read the font size is so small and a very light grey, Attempted to find a video online how to set up the 15 in 1 steam cleaner. the Beldray video shows working and cleaning but nothing on how to set it up,. How much water can I put in the steamer and how long does it take to heat up? The packaging has lots of pictures but again you could have produced pictures on how to set up the steamer. I have put water into the steamer and a red light comes on, left for a while but don;t get any steam coming out when pressing on the leaver! Can you produce a video with someone setting up the steamer and its attachments and the instructions in large font? Very disappointed what about being inclusive for those who don't have good eyesight?

Excellent price and free fast delivery. I am genuinely very pleased with my purchase. 5 star plus.

Emailed Beldray about 3 days ago regarding a return, and Beldray didn't get back.

I ordered bulbs on Sunday afternoon and they arrived Monday afternoon. Brilliant. All OK.

The Crevice/brush tool is just what I’ve been looking for our car! It gets in all the nooks and crannies and although small it was powerful enough to suck up lots of annoying bits of wood from transporting logs in our boot. What usually takes an age, there being lots of splinters, took a few minutes. It sure beats a dustpan and brush and sellotape! As long as you empty it (and don’t obviously go near water) it works a treat! It gets in all the little annoying cup holders and the sides of the car seats. The biggest bonus for me is no cable, I’m yet to charge it but I am very happy with it thus far.

Bought one of their cordless vacuum from Lidl less than a year ago and needed a replacement crevice tool due to misplacing it.

I contacted Lidl who redirected me to Beldray. Prior to contacting Lidl I scrolled through the website to fNind the part. Found a crevice tool pretty much identical to the one I needed but under a different vacuum model number. Both Airapid models just the part was for a more newer and recent model. I asked Beldray customer support to confirm if it would be compatible with my model. They said it wouldn't be.

After researching a bit and comparing my model to the new one I decided to order the part anyways. But... plot twist I cancelled my order with Beldray and then I ordered the same part from an independent retailer on eBay who offered free returns, free postage and warranty which are things Beldray didn't offer. The crevice tool fits perfectly fine with my model.

I think it's disappointing that Beldray stop selling some parts for products under a year old and still under a warranty. Despite selling a crevice tool that technically IS COMPATIBLE with my model I was told it wasn't all because of the product code not matching. It may be a tactic to have customers buy a whole new vacuum. I probably wouldn't buy a Beldray Vacuum again once it reaches the end of its life knowing that postage amd returns are not free for most orders, Beldray team's lack of product knowledge and "throw away" culture. Shame because technically they lost out on a sale and customer.

The three stars is solely because the Beldray support chat agent who cancelled my order did it promptly and was polite.
