Had a great experience and really good advice at Benefit within Boots, Drakes Circus, Plymouth, my brows look great and I’m really pleased with my purchases. Thank you!

I went to thE Chichester Boots and had my eyebrows tinted at the benefit counter. Kristina was absolutely brilliant. It was the Chichester branch. Cannot praise her highly enough. Great result and she was so helpful. Absolutely brilliant.

I put a few orders and I received confirmation emails for each but they never sent my items not even an email to explain why. After following up all they said was sorry their site can’t handle a few orders at the same time!😳they didn’t bother even send a cancellation email or an apology.

Cosmetics 💯👍but they have a new service eyebrow and waxing. Made an appointment in Boots Guildford store on Friday 23/04/2021 got a voicemail message from this person whose name I could not here did not even know my name rearranged the appointment for me without even leaving a contact number and I booked the appointment time that suited me not the person doing the appointment. First not being able to contact black to re arrange also I wrote down my name and this person could not even say hello is that ***** I so un professional let alone change the appointment to suit them. So well done to the person Nina who is the manager for Benefit cosmetics who works in Guildford boots for being quite frankly rude.

I order off there website rarely but when I have there has been no issues, items arrived in good condition in a good time frame, I mostly use benefit for my eyebrows and go the bats at Trafford centre the ladies are always really helpful and poliet and check the whole way through your happy with what there doing they do a really food job and are very informative.

Disappointed.

Placed an order and had to wait nearly 2 weeks for it to arrive. When it did finally arrive I was thoroughly disappointed.

I paid £17 each for 2 items which were tiny. I was expecting a big set but received a tiny thing. It originally cost £35 so I would be fuming if I paid full price. I’m annoyed I paid£17 let alone £35!

Returns aren’t free either despite it not being as expected or as described. The photos are very cheeky making you believe it’s bigger than it is.

Very angry and disappointed.

DONOT USE THIS WEBSITE !!!!
I have ordered goods , they have taken payment already and I haven’t completed the shipping as the site was too slow and not allowing to proceed , but on checking my credit card they had taken the payment
Customer service appalling they don’t even read your emails properly and fob you off !!!!
My advice is order your benefit elsewhere do rot use the proper website

I absolutely love benefit, I think their products are amazing although on this specific order I was highly disappointed, I was meant to get 2 free samples, only 1 was in stock so that means I don’t get free samples like everyone else does?? Very unfair, no option to chose a 2nd of a different product just a simple it’s not in stock you may only choose one, the sample never arrived with the item anyway!! So I had no free samples at all, the items arrived and one I was over the moon with, decent size products, well wrapped all looked lovely, they second item I’d ordered was tiny tiny, I only paid around a £4 difference between these items and wow was I shocked! One was 3ml and the other 10ml? Makes no sense where they are getting their measurements from to coincide with the prices, I think their prices are very unrealistic, the 2nd gift I ordered was basically a free sample size but at a cost?
I won’t be purchasing directly from benefit again unless I get a response and my free samples that I should get! Like every other customer gets.

The blush and bronzer barely give any colour to my face... everyone raves on about this but again the product itself doesn’t live up to expectations.

The worst company!! One of their products made my skin super red. So I’ve contacted them. They asked me to sent the product to them since it was bought in a store that isn’t near me. Asked me to pay for the postage and then they would ask me where to send a refund. Seemed a bit scammy to me. Sending a product worth £42 to them without knowing if they would action send me a refund since they didn’t have my information in the first place and asking me to pay for my own postage when their product made my skin red as hell!! The customer service is super rude. And didn’t even apologise for the issue. Won’t buy any of their product again.

I ordered products over 1 month ago, after 2 weeks I was told they would be arriving in 1-2 weeks, over a month has passed and nothing! I understand these difficult times but they shouldn’t offer normal delivery if they can’t cope!

Quick and easy to use website, deliveries came within a reasonable time, product came in good packaging and good condition.

TERRIBLE!
I love benefit cosmetics products and have used them for years however i recently ordered from the website quite a few items over £100 to which i waited over two weeks for delivery. Despite contacting them on several occasions, to which many were ignored, i was continually told "they are on their way" and then left with nothing. I was given no emails regarding dispatch of delivery and even when the parcel was delivered i looked back and had zero update from benefit either way. The whole experience was an absolute joke. I would never purchase direct from them again! To add i returned on of the items because it was meant to be a birthday gift and arrived late and was left with no update, and still have no update, on a return or refund. SHOCKING!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!
I ordered some items online 2 weeks ago late at night realised that I did not have everything I wanted and the 'Refer a Friend' promotion someone had sent me had not actually applied after entering it, tried to cancel the order but I couldn't because I didn't have an account (this being my first time buying from them online). If you want to cancel an order you only have 30 mins to do so, oh and yeah, YOU HAVE TO HAVE A REGISTERED ACCOUNT!!! No option on the confirmation email or on order screen to cancel, and customer service is only open at certain hours so I couldn't ask them to cancel it. Also wouldn't let me add the free samples I wanted.
2 weeks of emailing and Benefit customer service team have been atrocious, 3-5 days in between slow replies (I understand Covid-19 is affecting us but come on) and when they do reply it's either automated or the advice is no good. I ask them if they will refund the promotion amount to me and they said no even though I showed them screen shots of I could not cancel my order which is why all this started.
-Bad customer service, timescales and just lack of support
-Won't take responsibility for website faults and the affect on customers
-Overall experience very frustrated and disappointed as I thought this brand was better than this.

Won't be ordering again!

All product are amazing at least for me anyway and I everyday frequently use them everyone is very polite and all working staff at the stalls there know exactly just what you want I strongly suggest that you buy products from this brand which would be also very useful for Xmas. 👍🏻

Good feedback is never usually given which is sad, these places are usually just for complaints. First time using the Brow Bar in Debenhams Ayr and I'll defo be back. Celese was amazing, fab at her job and explaining the best ways to do my eyebrows at home. Don't normally opt for a more expensive eyebrow service (normally superdrug) but I think I'm converted! Celese also explained how to use a new brow product I'd never used along with letting me know the deals that were on so I saved some money! Thanks again 😊

Went in to benefit counter at Fraser’s Glasgow . No customers in department as was only 9:30am. Waiting 5 mins till 2 staff members were finished having a conversation about their rota, before offered assistance.

Asked for a product and got same. Staff memeber offered to try a foundation. Applied with brush and fingers 😲. Then applied concealer and hula bronzer. Looked a bit heavy handed when shown in the mirror . Didn’t say anything as didn’t want to be rude. Went outside and met my friend for coffee. She burst out laughing !! Asking if I put my makeup on in the dark. Looked in compact mirror. My face was literally orange !! Stopping in a perfect line before my neck !! I was so embarrassed . Excercise caution when they offer a make up application . Ps I have also found out that while this company does not test on animals to develop the products. They do sell products in China , and this country insists on animal testing to sell in the country . Won’t be back and won’t be making any more purchases .
Benefit really need to up their game

After being a long term buyer I was shocked to find out they test on animals!! Absolutely unacceptable, lost a customer to this alone and the fact that the staff at my local counter are always completely unbothered!
