Unfortunately had my eyebrows waxed at a benefit counter in Debenhams. They removed way too much. £25 for the pivekege as needed to get back to work and an argument just isn’t what I needed today. So upset with this experience it’s really frustrating that they do what they want with no accountability.

Another one of those online companies that does not respond to your emails.
Ordered and paid for 24hr delivery on Mon 17th Dec. Today on 21st Dec my order is still at Hermes depot. This is a Christmas gift and at £70 I would like to know if I will receive this before Christmas or whether I can have a refund so I can buy something else? But no reply to emails or communication from Benefit at all. Really poor!!!
Do not recommend this service one bit! I will be sharing my opinion on other social platforms if I do not get a response asap.

Love my benefits cosmetics and have spent so much money in their products but definitely going back to MAC. The main issue is their usage of Hermes courier company now. Hermes will only deliver at 11am Monday to Friday (not good for those who have to work) I’ve had to make a complaint to Hermes who really don’t care. When I made contact with benefit I was told the parcel would be returned to them after 3 failed delivery attempts after Hermes promising to deliver after 6pm. Benefit will issue a refund in 2-3 weeks time when I don’t actually want a refund I just wanted the order. I also asked if they could send it out again but by Royal Mail so I can collect from their sorting office but was advised they only use Hermes now. Actually shocked at this service I expected this attitude from Hermes not benefit. LOOK AT ALL YOUR NEGATIVE REVIEWS HERE BECAUSE OF HERMES, THINK YOU NEED TO REVIEW YOUR USE OF HERMES THEY ARE DAMAGING YOUR BUSINESS AND REPUTATION

I LOVE the products... not the staff. Went for an interview and then an audition with them, not a good experience, it was very strange I was just thrown in there and asked to go and get customers from all different areas of boots just accost them and bring them over to do their eyebrows, no help..... no explanations. I sold 3 products, didn’t even work there yet! The people there are alll totally fake........ they’re constantly pushing the hard sell!!!!!!!! Didn’t like that atmosphere, not for me, but every customer I had said I was great and they hoped I’d get the job! Didn’t get it. Was genuinely so relieved though!

Just popped in on my lunch break, to the Boots Talbot Green store, just to have a browse with my colleague. We were just having a look at the Benefit counter where we were approached by Abby. Whilst we didn’t purchase anything this time, it was refreshing to speak to a member of staff who was just naturally bubbly, confident, honest, and exetremly knowledgable and passionate about her products. I am already a benefit fan, however when I need to stock up in the future, I will look out for Abby in a hope she can help.

have ordered several times, never an issue, love the freebies, but could use a little less packaging, its pretty and pink but its still a lot of wastage. try being green benefit.

Impossible to get a response from customer service. Take your money for items that are out of stock and then don't respond to your emails asking for a refund.

Visited there brow bar two weeks before my wedding they burmed my chin and there in customer service team are about as useful as a chocolate teapot ! refuse to give names despite claiming to be managers.

Letters fired off to the Directors of this company. I will not hold my breath

I had my eyebrows done recently in the Luton store within Debenhams. I am so angry they employ someone with such incompetence to work for them. This girl left my eyebrows in a straight line and so thin. She waxed my eyebrows off!! She then tried to hide it by putting powder and pencil in my eyebrows so thick that I was so embarrassed to argue that I just paid the £21 that she charged me even though she knew I was really unhappy. I had to run across to the Tescos across from the shop to get wipes to clean my face as I was mortified to have caterpillars on my face. It's only when I cleaned off the excessive amount of make up did I realise the full extent of the disaster that was supposed to be a tidy and tint. Never again will I use any benefit brow bar anywhere.

Stop using Hermes. My parcel was apparently "posted".
I love Benefit but I can learn to live without it.
50quid plus whatever I paid for postage down the gutter.

Never had any issues with my delivery - turns up really quick considering it's free delivery (I usually spend over £100 every few months so don't pay delivery)
Always well packaged and 2 little samples thrown in

I purchased an eyeliner on the online store. A couple of days later the carrier company they use - MyHermes texted me that it was coming. I sat at home waiting all day only to find out on MyHermes website that they're claiming they made a delivery attempt! There was no card or any proof they did so.

I emailed Benefit immediately and alerted them. Asking them to leave the package with a neighbour or through the mailbox the next day since I don't intend to sit and wait again for nothing. That is - if they were actually coming this time. Benefit assured me they will let them know.

The next day I was out as said. I came home to find a card. They didn't leave the package as requested.

I emailed Benefit again who assured me there'll be a third attempt and this time they'll know they need to leave it - as I asked.
Yet again. Claims they left it. No card or anything!
Now it's been returned to sender and Benefit said they will not refund my delivery money. Despite the fact I wasted hours waiting for them, and the fact they left no card or package as requested. Also despite the fact Benefit were made aware from the very beginning.

Great birthday gift. Your customer service is appalling. I suggest you also consider another carrier. I did say that in my very first email too and you failed. Absolutely disgraceful.

Terrible. Despite booking two weeks in advance, in person in store, I apparently didn't have an appointment. Nor my daughter.
We now have zero alternatives at this time on a Sunday, and go abroad tomorrow.
Avoid this company, unless you enjoy disappointment.

Ordered a product online, after 10 days I emailed as it had not arrived and was asked to wait another day. Still no product. I have asked for a refund but have to fill in a form and send it back whilst benefit have my money and I have no product.

Benefit do not answer phone calls and I have been cut off twice.

DONT ORDER ONLINE - buy from a store

Avoid buying direct from Benefit. The temptation of free samples are not worth the hassle. Ordered two products, weeks of delay, and only one appears. No mention of the missing product even though it is there on my online order history. emailed four times and still no reply. all style and no substance. buy from Boots or House of Fraser.

I had a horrific reaction to a mascara, resulting in my immune system reacting so badly it was thought I may have lupus. Benefit were of little assistance, unsure what their wands were made of, promising replies which never materialised and thought it a good idea to send me some cosmetics to try and solve the situation....even though that's what caused the problems in the first place.

This company is a scam.
You can't buy any of their products outside UK and Ireland. When I ask them AND companies that used to sell the to my country (sweden) a thousand f**king times why they dont ship outside uk & ireland I get stupid answers like sorry, cannot answer that. Well, are you completely ret*rded than? How can they not know such information. You work for the f**king company ,that should be the first thing you learn.
I had to google the s**t out of my computer to find out (On some sort of fb page in the comment section) that they dont do it because they ONLY want to benefit sephora stores and therefore ONLY sephora can sell Benefit outside UK & Ireland. Sephora exists in only on town in the entire land om Sweden. Do you really thing that all Swedens population lives in Stockholm?


Because of this I had to buy it through Amazon and almost burned my eyelashes off ..the product was fake and I just wasted my health and money. Worst comoany ever.

Ordered well before the end of christmas deadline for delivery, but they still have failed to deliver for Xmas. Now my partner doesnt have her main present for Xmas. Will never use again, they use an inferior courier to save on costs.

Not happy at all.
