James was very helpful and efficient he made all straightforward.

Excellent and friendly service from James. He was exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He worked around my schedule for picking up my car and was not a pushy seller what so ever. Even though I have a more local BM garage I will use Berry garage for further services etc as I had such a good experience with James.

I took my car here for an overall check & when I picked it up 3 days later. My windows was not winding down my indicators, hazards and headlights is not working.
These things were working before I brought my car here. This company is not reliable all the lady could say to me was oh we have plenty of used and new cars. Yes I know you’re a sales person and trying to get sale but this is the wrong way to go about it.i was promised A manager will call me it’s been a week and no one has called me but they were quick to say pay before collection. I wish I didn’t pay untill I see the condition of my car first.

Stay away from Berry BMW Croydon, rude staff, machines who damage you car and try to fabricate faults that doesn’t exit and also shows videos after the fault is detected rather than the actual time of finding fault.

I got a car recall by bmw booking and non professional attitude repair damage my Ghost immobiliser and say that non bmw problem.Avoid Berry croydon BMW fix your car.

Absolute shocking experience with this lot..
Last year, I booked a full service for my 5 series, business as usual.
The day after, the ad-blue light comes on (after speaking to them, they say is not included in the “full service”)
Next day, another warning.. low screen-wash message popped up after my car was “fully serviced” for only £400+.. their excuse.. it might have been missed..
well.. fingers crossed they didn’t forget to change the oil too..

Today, even though I swore I won’t let Berry Croydon go anywhere near my car, I decided to let them carry out the recall for the EGR cooler replacement..
The below photos speak for themselves.. my headliner was left an absolute mess full of grease and cut (worth mentioning my car is pristine) and also my car developed a weird humming noise after the works have been carried out… so here I am, writing this review in their branch waiting for my car to be returned to the condition i brought it in..
Avoid these cowboys like plague!

I am utterly disappointed and frustrated by the aftersales and service.
I purchased the car from BMW Croydon end of Feb 2023 and i was told it comes with a year's warranty, car had done around 33k miles by the end of November 2023 i had put on around 5k miles, car had been great until it started to get cold, i could feel a springy/ clicking/knocking sensation in the steering wheel in November 2023 so i did my due diligence and got wheel balancing done , which didn't solve the issue , then i spoke to a family friend who used to be a Bmw engineer now he runs his own garage in Chelsea, he confirmed that it wasn't normal and i should book in with bmw because it was still in warranty. So i called and the lady told me oh no can't do it till march but by then warranty will expire, i pushed her to book me in and then she booked me in , dropped off the car on the 30th and bmw kept it for 4 days without offering me another car instead. The liaison contacted me and told me that it was a software issue and i have to pay to get that updated which is absolutely bonkers, imagen you buy a phone and everytime there is an update you have to pay, went back and forth but gave up at the end ,i paid so i could have the car back and they told me its fixed.

Guess what it's not !!! the drive is getting worse and i did my research on BMW x2 forums and it is a known issue of steering rack but bmw services/ warranty guys just fobbed me off saying software issue .

I plan to take this further

Avoid incompetent staff un knowledgeable regarding products and customer service is very poor compared to other garages. Communication non professional attitude seams to be their moto. Be warned this garage will definitely damaged your car the. Think it’s ok to deny it you can tell by there non professional attitude

Berry Thames Ditton - Test drive arranged and allowed checking if proposed new vehicle can fit in my garage.
