When a dish is marked with âX-hotâ chefs add two spoon of âchilli mixâ, & I can confirm that the chef added it to your dish.
We use organic chillis and organic ingredients tend to vary in taste. For example, two organic oranges from different trees and different areas would not have the same sweetness and sourness levels. In this case, Chili's strength may have varied to some extent.
-Expensive?-
For me it is fair that an Organic meal (Lamb curry costs 140 kr. & Rice 30kr.) when a coffee cup costs 50 kr. & a beer 60 kr.

Fantastic Indian Food Delivery

Ris ikke inkluderet i risretter
Jeg bestilte take-away for omkring 400 til to personer, hvilket virkede meget fair. Dog til min store overraskelse fulgte der ikke ris med til den Butter Chicken og Korma jeg havde kÞbt. Jeg måtte ind og dobbelttjekke Wolt og der stod intet om at ris ikke fulgte med til deres risretter. Jeg har ofte kÞbt fx thai mad fra andre restauranter hvor ris naturligvis fÞlger med en panaeng. Jeg synes det er fuldstÊndig kontraintuitivt at ris ikke er inkluderet, og decideret uansvarligt ikke at nÊvne det på hjemmesiden. Super nederen at skulle koge ris til sine risretter på en dag afsat til take-away. Maden var derudover virkelig lÊkker, så det er Êrgerligt at de skyder sig i foden ved at vÊre både grådige og uanstÊndige. Kommer aldrig til at bestille herfra igen.
UPDATE:
Bindia har svaret på min klage, og forklarer at årsagen til at ris ikke er inkluderet i deres risretter er fordi at de "ikke vil Êndrer på det indiske kÞkkens kulinariske traditioner". Dette er et direkte citat man kan man lÊse i deres svar nedenunder. Derefter giver de Wolt skylden for at deres side ikke har udfÞrligt beskrevet at ris ikke er inkluderet i deres ristretter.
Dette er nok den mest langt ude undskyldning for grådighed jeg har set lÊnge. De prÞver også at maskerer grådigheden som "frihed til at vÊlge den side ret man har lyst til" på trods af at udvalget vitterligt kun er basmati ris og naan brÞd. Som en der har spist indisk mad på mange forskellige restauranter samt har rejst i Indien, så er det ikke en indisk kulinarisk tradition at tage 155 kr for en curry og så yderligere 40 kr for ris. Hvad bliver det nÊste? at pasta ikke fÞlger med Carbonara?
Men tak for jeres svar! Det er dejligt i blive bekrÊftet i at aldrig at bestille mad fra jer igen var den rigtige beslutning :)

-Rice not included?-
I understand your frustration on not getting rice with the curry.
We understand that Thai & Chinese restaurants give rice with the main dish and admit that a few Indian takeaways/restaurants have adopted this trend.
However, we have kept the "Sides" (Rice) separate, giving customerâs the freedom to choose their favourite sides the same way it's done in India. Unfortunately, I donât think itâs a good idea to change the Indian cuisineâs culinary traditions.
-Not mentioned on Woltâs webshop?-
I'm sorry if Woltâs web shop did not notify about rice, despite our request of mentioning it clearly.
On the contrary, Bindia.dk clearly mentions:
1. "Without sides (rice / bread)" in the description of the Curries
2. "Curries don't include sides, do you wish to add rice?" when you checkout.
I wish I could attach screenshots, but Trustpilot doesn't allow me.
Your poor experience with Wolt's web shop has no consequence for them but a bad review for us. A bigger company (Wolt) at fault escaped, but a smaller company (Bindia) got the unfair punishment.

The prices you are referring to are Wolt prices with approx. 33% markup for them.

Havde bestilt chiken korma - fik lam i stedet for. Det er f... ikke i orden. Man opdager det jo fÞrst når man sidder og spiser ! Retten skulle vÊre "hot", det var den ikke !. Derudover havde vi bestilt en chiken tikka masala 2xhot og den var måske en smule hot. Da vi mange gange fÞr har fået mad fra Bindia, så vi ved godt hvordan det smager når det er hot og 2x hot. No defence but just around the time of your order, a challenging situation arose, a customer asking for an order on someone else's behalf, without any order confirmation, & the order was never placed.
The customer was insisting, and they were looking for the order, resulting in chaos & them making mistakes. Looking at this unique situation, it might be difficult for any food place to perform better.

I have been ordering and dining at Bindia for 16 years and itâs fair to say that that the food quality has continued to go downhill in the last few years and the prices increasing in correlation. I ordered Butter Chicken this evening (after have ordered it and been disappointed the last 2 times) but this time was worse. The chicken tasted old and dried out and the curry was bland. Also not sure why raita was taken off the menu as well as the okra/lady fingers dish. I have gotten the butter chicken for a third of the price at MENY (Claus Meyer) and hate to say it but itâs better. You need to up your game againâŠ.
