Habe kein Zugang mehr zu meiner App. Passwort vergessen Funktion nicht möglich, Kunden Support meint dass meine Email Adresse nicht mit einem bestehenden Konto verbunden ist. Dabei habe ich Belege dass mit derselben Email Adresse vor ein paar Monaten ein Ticket bearbeitet wurde. Ich erhalte keine weiteren Informationen solange ich von keiner verifizierten Email Adresse schreibe⊠wtf, genau darauf geht es aber, dass ich nicht in mein Konto komme mit der Email die ich immer genutzt habe.
Update:
Ja der Kundendienst hat in der Tat letztlich alles klÀren können, vielen Dank dafÌr! Aber: Sie haben mir den Sonntag Vormittag ruiniert mit der vorschnellen Aussage, dass ich kein Konto bei Bitpanda hÀtte. Ich weià bis jetzt nicht welche Email Adresse meine alte Adresse ersetzt haben sollte zwischenzeitlich, das wollen Sie mir ja nicht sagen (warum auch immer). Daher bleibt es bei der Bewertung.

Fonds bloqués depuis 100+ jours : Blocage abusif et refus de retrait (Ticket #3381004)
Je signale un comportement inacceptable de Bitpanda. Depuis le 18 janvier 2026, ma capacité à retirer mes crypto-actifs vers un portefeuille externe est totalement bloquée sans motif légitime.
Les faits :
⢠Origine des fonds prouvée : DépÎt de 1 000 ⬠provenant de mon compte Revolut personnel le 26/12/2025.
⢠Dysfonctionnement technique flagrant : Le support invoque des problÚmes de vérification alors que j'ai une preuve vidéo montrant que leur propre interface m'affiche comme "Vérifié".
⢠Abus de pouvoir : Le support (Ticket #3381004) m'impose une restriction "permanente" et une vente forcée de mes actifs pour récupérer mes fonds, ce qui constitue un préjudice financier direct.
Actions entreprises : Face à l'immobilisation de mes 1 242,25 â¬, j'ai officiellement déposé plainte auprÚs de :
1. La FMA (Autorité des marchés financiers) à Vienne par courrier recommandé.
2. L'autorité de régulation financiÚre à Berlin.
Bitpanda, cessez les réponses automatiques. Je demande la levée immédiate des restrictions de retrait sur mes fonds. Mon dossier est documenté et les régulateurs sont saisis.

Ich investiere nicht mehr bei Bitpanda, da es keine zum Stichtag verfÌgbare Vermögens und Kontoauszug funktion gibt. Somit können keine nachweise an das bafög amt Ìberreicht werden. Telefon support war auch keine Hilfe, da Sie kaum deutsch verstehen. Die App ist im allgemeinen sehr Studenten unfreundlich und hat viel zu hohe gebÌhren und versteckte Kosten.
Es muss unbedingt eine Konto/Vermögensauszugs möglichkeit geben fÌr einen Stichtag, sonst ist die App unbrauchbar leider.
Dividenten sind nicht ÃŒbersichtlich aufgelistet und sofort einsehbar.

Lediglich die TradinggsgebÃŒhren finde ich etwas zu hoch angesetzt und daher nur 4 Sterne.
