J'ai pris cette assurance pour une aide et une indemnisation en cas de bagage perdu ou en retard. A partir de 96 heures de retard, ils sont sensés verser une indemnisation de 1000 dollars.
Juste avant d'arriver aux 96h, ils m'ont envoyé un mail disant que le bagage avait été localisé, qu'il était arrivé à l'aéroport et qu'il était donc considéré comme restitué.
Or, j'ai contacté le service qui s'occupe des bagages perdus de la compagnie, j'ai consulté le site qui donne des informations de localisation aux personnes qui ont fait une réclamation suite à la perte de bagage, je n'ai aucune confirmation du lieu des bagages. J'ai demandé à Blue Ribbon Bags de m'envoyer la preuve que mon bagage était bien arrivé là où ils me disent mais je n'ai aucune nouvelle. Ils ont clÎturé mon dossier alors que je n'ai pas récupéré mon bagage.
