Excellent service. The baggage was found just 2 hours after doing the report. 100% recommended.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication regarding my claim MBR2460627. I complied with all the requirements and submitted all requested documents, yet weeks later I still have no update on my missing baggage and no clear answer regarding the Blue Ribbon Bags Satisfaction Guarantee. I kindly ask Blue Ribbon Bags to review my case and provide a direct response instead of automated replies.

This organisation should not be allowed to continue to fleece people of their hard earned money, I travelled on Royal Air Maroc my luggage did not arrived on my flight, I made an online contact with RAM and an auto generated ticket number was issued by the contact center which I attached to my claim form on blue ribbon website before the deadline. 24hrs after an auto generated message came through that my claim was denied due to non submission of valid reference number, 17 seconds later the denial email was updated to courtesy email requesting for a valid email referencing a file number from AIR MAROC I replied immediately with the same number and screenshot of my correspondence with RAM, blue ribbon came back with another excuse that they are not an insurance company and that I am will never be entitled to any compensation irrespective of whether my bag is found or not, I was wondering to myself how would any reasonable person shifts the goal post at the middle of a game? No investigation to find out where my luggage was just an abrupt email saying they can't help, are these guy for real?
I have come to review them base on the performance and I will continue to give them the same one star rating wherever I found their track, I won't stop at this I will surely involve ombudsman and office of trade, this a daylight fraud that should not be allowed in any circumstances.

This service is incredibile , really helpful with multiple updates so you don’t have to worry to check every moment with the airline where your baggage is !! Also all the informations arrived way in advanced compared to airline messages - this is really the best service you can add for your important luggage, it’s a 10/10 !

I will never Travel without Blue ribbon insurance. An inexpensive way to have piece of mind and great service if you need it! And I have needed it.

Wow I just booked now from or tambo to zanzibar through kiss and fly agency they are loyal and very fast to reply ,after 2 minutes of booking they sent me my booking confirmation via email and watsapp . Is not a scam just book through them guys

Un voyage pour Marrakech ,bagage non reçu et non scanner à Marrakech .Rapport de bagage établi au bureau du service bagages et un retour de non règlement de la part de l’assurance blueribbonbags .Soit disant que mes bagages étaient bien dans l’avion au départ.Mais où sont ils vue que à Marrakech mes valises n’étaient pas sur le tapis de livraison .une réclamation faite et silence radio de leur côté .c’est honteux ,j’étais en vacs pour 15 jours sans valises .Mes pire vacances et je ne recommande pas cet assurance prise par le biais de mon billet d avion tuifly.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They refuse to compensate and have a system designed to deny compensation! Absolutely garbage!

Blue Ribbons response is a LIE! I reported the issue BEFORE I even left the airport. They are a SCAM... do NOT purchase their fraudulent services!

Again, another response full of LIES! I landed in Windhoek on April 2nd. I immediately contacted you, I had TWO CONNECTING FLIGHTS. I could not know the bag was missing until I arrived at my destination. Again, Blue Ribbon Bags is a SCAM! DO NOT USE THEIR FRAUDULENT SERVICE!

Before I purchased this insurance, you stated that there was $500 compensation per bag if not received in 96 hours, my bag was missing for SIX DAYS! You set up your system so that claimants will ultimately be denied. I told you that I was on a remote safari in Africa, without reliable wifi or any means of completing online forms, I gave all the information that was provided to me by the airline and you did NOTHING. The airline ultimately found rhe bag because I had an aritag and repeatedly sent updates when the wifi kicked in. Stop claiming that you did anything to assist, you did NOTHING!

Don’t waste your money. It’s very hard to have back in your hands your suitcase in 24 hours when you travel overseas. I flew a Monday on Tuesday morning the airline confirmed that they found the suitcase at the departure city. They sent the suitcase next day. Meanwhile I was already at another city. So the excuse was “!that case took 96!hours”. . I had to buy clothes, toiletries , etc for 6 days. Definitely I will not be looking for this insurance and obviously will not recommend it.

I traveled from Milan Malpensa to Cairo, departing March 30th. My suitcase didn't arrive at its destination, and after reporting it and exchanging emails, two days later I learned that it was still in Milan. First they said they'd sent it to Cairo, the next day they'd sent it to Luxor, and for days they kept asking for the same information. They took 96 hours, but the customer always had six or twelve hours to respond, or the case would be closed. In the end, the suitcase didn't arrive, and a week later, I picked it up in person in Milan upon my return. The label with my name, surname, address, and email address was still on the suitcase. How is it possible they couldn't get it to me in a week? The only thing I admit they were quick about was the refund, but the problems I experienced during my vacation due to missing luggage were priceless. A negative experience.
