Great service and very thorough throughout my whole experience. The staff were very polite and informative. I would definitely recommend Boots Hearing Care at Bluewater (Word of Hearing).

My experience end to end was amazing. Adam Bird who looked after me knows his speciality in hearing inside out and also being a user. The hearing aids are not cheap but after researching the competition they become the right choice along with the whole package.There was no hard sell just the way they inform you and what you could expect. The pace Adam arranged my fitting was two days and the follow up booked afer the initial fitting. By not doing this can be detrimental to your brain and health.
Thoroughly recommend Bluewater Boots Audiologists. Well done!!!!

I was made to feel relaxed whilst hearing tests were in place by Kara

After finally getting my appointment sorted I was greeted and well support by the staff with full confidence they knew what I needed and how best to accommodate my hearing needs

I was under the impression that I had 90 days free trail of the hearing aid before I was sent to have a coffee with demoset. When I said I would have them, he was reluctant to begin with to tell me the exact cost of them with the discount. But worked it out on paper. Then I asked him about how much a month it was for the interest fee repayments. He said he would work it out at the desk. It was so disorderly at the desk with 3 othe patients and their partners standing around. The two staff had not seemed to know how to work the computer when I was sitting waiting. 2 hours later they still were having problems. I had to put my pin in for my visa card with people standing close by. I thought I was just paying a deposit and I would get notification of my monthly payments as well as a copy of the read out of the hearing test results as promised by email. I have not received the results of my test as asked for. Just an email saying as I had had the hearing aid for two weeks they want me to go over how it was working for me. I had only had it one week when I received it. I then looked at bank statement and was shocked the £3055.50 had been taken from my account. Is there anyway at least £2000,00 could be returned to my account immediately and money amounts of £60 be set up as a direct debit please.

Excellent service at boots audiology Bluewater. Very easy to make an appointment. The audiology assessment was carried out by a very proficient audiologist Kara who talked me through the process very concisely and performed the test very efficiently.

Considerate and patient

Everything was explained regarding the hearing test, and hearing aids after. Good knowledge from advisor.

it was good to be seen by some one who listened and did not interrupt also who knows and understands the product. also i must mention the care taken while having my ears checked all was explained well before the test took place.

I went to speck saver’s before and found boots gave alot better service and allowed me to try the hearing aid.
And the aids were cheaper. Very pleased with my visit

It was easy to get an appointment with Boots Hearingcare at Bluewater. It took just a few minutes to do this online. On the day of the appointment everything went smoothly and I had the most thorough hearing test I have had. (This was my third over the last six years.) Sirda explained everything in depth. I had a demonstration while she was explaining. Once I had decided on what I wanted the hearing aids I had chosen were ordered and an appointment made for collection in a weeks time. The hearing aids are comfortable and do the job beautifully. Wish I had gone to Boots years ago.

we had a 5.15pm appointment booked in boots bluewater for a hearing test for my
mother. we arrived early so had some time to wait which was fine. there were no other people waiting. we never got to go through with the test as we were ignored by the staff. we were told that someone would be with us. ten minutes after the appointment time i had to go back to the desk which was actually in the opticians. i was told that it was known by staff that we were there and they would call us. half an hour after the appointment should have started we were still sitting in the deserted waiting area. again i asked at the desk if the people could be called. the girl from the desk went looking for them and came back to say that the person we were booked with was having a meeting with her manager. not acceptable when patients are waiting. i ended up having to knock on the door of the room they were in. i said that we would now be leaving as was over half an hour late starting. the manager also came out of the room at this point and did nothing but give excuses as to why we had been kept waiting . the whole thing was ridiculous as they were not at all busy. no apology , they just tried to insinuate that they were dealing with something more important . we have now booked with specsavers. very disappointing from Boots.

If I could make it zero stars I really would to be honest. So first we got there early which is fair enough we don’t expect them to get with us once we’re there. But they made us wait 40 MINUTES in an uncomfortable chair. And once WE had to knock on their door to get them to answer us which is terrible. And they tried to give us attitude which I found outright disrespectful. We left without a test. We left because of the excuses they would give us.

Well explained. It is complex, but was carried out well and well demonstrated and set up.

I was seen very quickly. Hearing test showed I had some severe hearing loss. I had already tried NHS hearing aids but found them too cumbersome. I wanted something more discreet, and with rechargeable batteries. The audiologist explained and showed me the best hearing aids for my needs, and the cost. I chose the mid range priced ones. Although they are expensive, they are small and discreet, also comfortable to wear. I was seen again within a few days for the fitting, and am being followed up in two weeks time.

Audiologist very helpful and explained every thing clearly. Was very friendly and answered all my questions.
