Skilled and informative staff, good products.

I suspected I needed hearing aids and the fifteen minute appointment confirmed it, leading to a more detailed test. I didn’t feel pressured and was allowed to wear them round the town in a real world situation before making a decision. Pricing was clear and up front, and related to need.

Friendly staff, explained everything in layman’s terms and couldn’t be more helpful.
Only shock was the cost of the hearing aids!

I felt relaxed and confident that my decisions were right for me. There was no hardsell it was entirely upto me how I proceeded.

I was given a comprehensive hearing test with each step and the results being fully explained.

Excellent hearing assessment and explanation of capabilities of recommended hearing aids.
Boots are quite a bit pricier than competitors for the same product, but I suspect the skill levels of the audiology technicians is superior.

I was well received at Reception at Boots, Chelmsford..I thought the Audiologist was extremely thorough and helpful.
I realise that your staff probably 'push' the more expensive brands, but on my case, I thought that was fair enough.
I explained I could not afford £3,000, and the Audiologist was still very helpful at choosing something reasonably suitable for my level of hearing, but still just about affordable.He also gave me some helpful tips about using my own NHS Hearing Aid.

Have got new hearing aids on trial. Today I had an appointment to see how I am getting on with them.
I saw Jo, she was so good, very knowledgable. Very nice person. She sorted out my phone, so I can hear directly into my hearing aids. Also a couple of other things she sorted out for me.
