Very friendly and competant

A really professional, friendly, and understanding service provided for my 96 year old father. Very sensitive, understanding, and knowledgeable in what was required to get new hearing aids. Full hearing test with result explanations with options to get things better going forward. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent advice from your audiologist (Alissa Amin) at Boots Derby. I am sorry that she is leaving Boots Derby!

I would highly recommend this service to anyone who are thinking about hearing aids. My audiologist Alissa was excellent throughout she took time to explain all the aspects of the process and made sure I fully understood how my hearing aids worked and how to get the best from them.

Very pleasant, informative staff. Felt they cared about me. Alissa was my audiologist and she was fantastic- really helped me understand things.

I went to discuss hearing aid options. These were explained and hearing tested. Was helpful in making a decion.

I was sceptical about having my hearing test, I assumed that there was little wrong.
After my first assessment which indicated I did have a problem with my hearing.
I was advised to take a full hearing assessment to give a detailed diagnosis of my hearing loss. At this visit I had a demonstration with hearing aids programmed to my condition, the result was amazing.
My audiologist was very patient, understanding and kind throughout both tests. The types of hearing aids were explained and the benefits of the ones the would suit my condition. I selected ones which I felt best for me. I now await the collection, quite excited!

It was an incredibly in depth appointment, asking about my hearing needs and difficulties. Alissa was very professional and took great care with me. Everything was explained clearly and adjustments made as necessary. Happy to recommend the Boots Hearing Dept in Derby and Alissa particularly.

I needed to get my Mother’s hearing checked & went to see Riddhi, the audiologist at Boots in the Derbion mall in Derby. From the initial hearing check to getting Mum’s prescription to 100 per cent, it has been a positive experience. Riddhi explained what needed to be done based on Mum’s hearing results with empathy & in a professional manner. Mum was able to ask questions anytime & select the hearing aids best suited to her needs. I highly recommend going to see Riddhi & Boots Hearing at the Derbion.
