Disliked the American accent while listening to a ladies voice, please use appropriate accent to the area used.

The booking system, confirmation of appointments and email reminders are excellent. The whole process, including hearing tests and explanations, guided by Kamran Ahmed my consultant/audiologist was thorough, informative and friendly To date I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone who asks.

Had a lovely helpful Lady assisting me with buying my hearing aids. Not picked them up yet so can’t comment about them.

Alissa was very helpful and explained everything well and was very supportive with my hearing loss and helped me to get just the right hearing aids for my ever decreasing hearing.

Excellent Service provided for my mum from Kamran Audiologist Hearing Centre from the hearing test to a 2nd hearing test that took a bit longer.
Very patient and thorough he explained everything very clearly.

My Audiologist was the best I have ever seen for over 15 years. She explained everything to me in a clear way and was very patient with an old fool like me. She even laughed at my pathetic jokes. I ended up with the best hearing aids I've ever had.

It was great to be assessed in a purpose built hearing test suite. Kassam was attentive and understood what I was saying, asking me relevant questions etc, to enable him to customise my hearing aids. The new hearing aids are so much better than my previous ones.

The audiologist was very pleasant and explained all the test she would be carrying out she was very reassuring.

My whole experience has been really good with audiologists. But having to drive all the way to Derby to get a Saturday appointment has not been great. 40 mile round trip, then when I’ve paid for the hearing aids, they were faulty, so three weeks later the only appointment I can get is a Monday evening again in Derby. That’s 120 miles and a lot of money to hopefully get a working pair.

The fact that at every stage your hearing specialist was able to explain very clearly what was going on

The audiologist was very thorough and explained everything to a level that I fully comprehended.
Although I was very surprised just how much the hearing aids were going to cost , all the advantages and disadvantages of all the hearing aids was presented to me in a totally unbiased way, with the decision being left to me to decide which to purchase.
The whole experience was unhurried and informative both to what was currently happening and what would happen in the future.This was undertaken in a kind and courteous manner.
