Boots Hearingcare - Leicester, Gallowtree Gate レビュー

Roshni has provided my mum with new hearing aids. At 81 years old she has got on so well with them all thanks to Roshni. Her patience, guidance and understanding of my mum's needs are second to none. The service and follow up appointments have been first class. Roshni is a credit to Boots Hearing Care.

l was reassured that my hearing is not deteriorating. I had a revision session on how to get the best out of my aids in noisy situations. I was happy that my aids have changed my life and I wear them all the time! I was reminded to spend my nest-egg of Boots points! Very nice appointment

Roshni is always so friendly and professional providing helpful care and makes every visit a pleasure.

My mum bought her hearing aids from Boots Gallowtree which is when we initially met Roshni. She was so caring, patient and very knowledgeable as to the most suitable hearing aids for mum. We have since seen Roshni for regular hearing aid aftercare and service appointments. Nothing is too much trouble and she will always fit us in for urgent appointments whenever mum's hearing aids need any adjustments. Roshni is a credit to the Boots Gallowtree Hearingcare team and we would be lost without her friendliness and helpful advice. Please don't ever leave Roshni!

Professional, timely, informative and thorough service.
The service from Roshni Thanki at the Gallowtree Gate branch is exceptional. She is very professional and ensures we, as clients, are fully supported above and beyond the initial consultation and sale of hearing aids. She is an exemplar of what any compassionate and caring organisation would want representing them.

Great service friendly people nothing to much trouble Roshni is brilliant at her job explains everything as you are being taken through your steps to having hearing aids.

I’m very happy with the new hearing aids that Roshni told me about, particularly the enhanced hearing chip that can be selected when in crowded areas such as a restaurant or cafe. Overall, I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Roshni.

Your expertise and professionalism and guidance made this happen for me. Thank you so much.

Roshni Thanki provides an efficient service in a very friendly and helpful way. Highly recommended.

It’s been 6 weeks since I started wearing my new hearing aid. I was sceptical of using a hearing aid, but Roshni Thanki with her professional approachable and friendly demeanour has set aside my fears and negative thoughts into happy and contended customer. She has walked me through the whole process with patience and easy step by step guide and has empowered me with knowledge and new experiences. Always provides the best service with a smile.

Roshni Thanki is an extremely professional and efficient. She has always dealt with any issues or problems I have had swiftly and decisively. Very knowledgeable and has a very good manner about her dealings.

It is always a pleasure to have a consultation with Roshni, she is friendly, welcoming and does not make you feel uncomfortable. She is very helpful and knowledgeable .

Roshni Thanki is an exceptional and outstanding professional. Her skill, efficiency and above all her humanity makes the service she offers second to none. When leaving her consulting room you feel more than helped and hearing repaired. You feel restored as a humanbeing. What an exceptional gift. Please do not promtote her into some key managerial role taking her away from serving customers.

I would recommend Roshni Thanki to anybody who is worried about their hearing ability. My hearing is not bad bút I had begun to miss parts of conversations and was "switching off". With Roshni's help and advise I can now hear the softest spoken members of any group and feel confident to join in discussions.

Roshni is a great advocate for Boots and a fine role model for people employed in service positions. She was professional, friendly, welcoming, confident and reassuring during all visits to her. She provided clear, full instructions during the tests performed and made me feel relaxed about what was happening. She is a credit to the company.
The only thing I would change is swapping the American accent for a British one in one of the tests.

Although I have complex hearing needs, the audiologist (Rashni Thanki) exceeded all my expectations. Clear, concise, friendly and thorough testing lead to my satisfaction with the aid I now have.
I feel I gained full confidence in the use of my hearing aids. I look forward to a more inclusive experience of better interaction with everyone.

Roshni was great at Leicester Boots in the city centre, she explained everything clearly and concisely to me and the in the ear canal aids are brilliant, they have made my life 100%better for it!
Thanks Roshni for all your help - recommended !

3rd set of hearing aids from boots just purchased. Really pleased after early teething problem with moulds. Roshni has steered and help me with my latest hearing aids. Done a great job as usual and, although early days, really pleased with my latest set. I have so much faith in Roshni that I always seek appointments with her. Many thanks Roshni, many thanks Boots.

The audiologist Roshni was excellent, she was professional, caring and explained each step clearly. Roshni made the whole process easier to deal with, discussing anxiety and concerns.

I visited the audiologist for a follow up service appointment, which I requested as I've had these aids for 4 months or so, nothing wrong with them but I had a couple of queries. The audiologist Umeeka, was once again very attentive and caring, she listened, checked all is fine and answered my minor queries with ease. I am so pleased with the service received from Umeeka @ Boots. Credit where it is due ....

Friendly and Knowledgable Audiologist. Able to ask questions and understand my hearing needs. I wish i had more time to finish off the tests.
