Very professional hearing test and excellent hearing aid fitting and programming.

Quick and easy.

I chose Boots for hearing aids as they offer thorough diagnostics, very good advice and (much needed, in my case) on-going care. Being a lady in my mid 70s, who is a complete technophobe, I knew I was going to need a lot of help with getting the best from the Phonak hearing aids using the Phonak app. I am never made to feel stupid, or that I am wasting their time, whenever (and however many times)I seek their advice. I would especially like to commend Priya at the Central Milton Keynes branch. She is very friendly, never rushes me, and she is able to explain, in a way that I understand, how I can get the best out of my hearing aids. If it weren't for Priya I wouldn't be able to set my aids up perfectly, for me, in all the many and various environments I find myself in, which would be a total waste of the money I invested in the hearing aids.

The Boots staff at Milton Keynes hearing department were very knowledgeable and caring. Prea, who completed my hearing test, put me at ease and explained everything so well and answered all my questions. I didn't have any queries when I saw the audiologist

I had made an appointment for a hearing test responding to an advertisement by phone. I arrived in time with my daughter for my appointment at Boots Westcroft, Milton Keynes. It hadn't been made clear where to go. As the Westcroft branch was the closest to my home, we presumed it was there. However, we were re-directed to the Milton Keynes City Centre. Sandra introduced herself and ushered us into an office with the booth for testing my hearing. She was very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable about the suitable type of hearing aid for me.
