Very good and informative consultation at boots. I was un aware that i had a hearing issue until i met Mr Kishen the audilogist who assessed my hearing. He explained the test results which indicated a loss and went beyond that to explain situations where i would be missing out. Upon reflection i realised that i was missing out on these conversations and that because my hearing had deteriorated gradually it was hard for me to notice. Since i have got a pair of suitable hearing aids and it has been life changing.

The hearing care team were excellent. The appointment we had with Kishen was very good - he listened carefully to my mum and the issues she has had with her hearing, gave excellent advice and we walked away with a hearing aid that she was happy with. We would definitely recommend a visit.

The audiology department in Milton Keyes and the audiologist Kishen were amazing. My mother has just been made a widow and with this unable to get her hearing aid sorted with my father’s long illness but needed it to function at his funeral. Despite the very short notice and the fact that they were fully booked when out of their way to make sure my mother was not only sorted but also comforted and were compassionate at the visit as it long being back the sad memories of the lose of her husband who always previous went with her. Easy to book appointment online and within reasonable timescale. The audiologist Kishen was friendly, very easy to communicate with and took time to explain the testing and recommendations for aiding hearing loss fully. Also clear information with regard to full cost, deposit required and timescale for fitting. If not happy the aids could be returned within 90 days with full refund. Definitely recommend.

Kishan in the hearing centre in Boots Milton Keynes was absolutely fabulous. He helped my elderly parents with hearing tests and new aids and was so supportive and patient - he really made a huge difference to their wellbeing yesterday and I can't think him enough.

He put her at ease which resulted in her being open and honest about her hearing loss.
