Friendly staff. Appointment on time

Right hearing aid was malfunctioning so phoned Boots straight away as I was lone working and I have to deal with customers so was very anxious. The lady on the end of the phone was brilliant and got me in straight away to see someone. He said he thought my hearing aids needed to be replaced and they would be here next weekend ( I’m still in the cooling off 3 month period) he replaced the receiver wires and tested them on his system and said all ok for the moment. Excellent service.

Great consultation, was listened to and treated with respect.
Everything was perfect.

Really good service- full thorough hearing check- shown all information- and now enjoying first evening of good hearing for several years!!

Completely honest and understanding.
Not pushy in anyway.

Excellent experience, aids demonstrated and fitted; they now work very well.

Steer Clear of Norwich
Problem with hearing aids that would not charge still under warranty made appointment with Boots Norwich on the day this was cancelled by them. Rang them for new appointment and got the same man same time in another Norwich store?
Told they would send for repair and contact me when ready.
Received call late afternoon a week or so later and appointment made to collect next morning.
This appointment was cancelled 16hrs later by Boots
Received another call just after cancellation to make new appointment for the next available 15min time and date the following week.
Every appointment made with Boots Hearing Care over the last 4.5 years has been cancelled by them.
Their after care appointment system is the worst I have ever encountered.
There are far better Hearing Care providers in and around Norwich at similar cost to Boots I would advise you use them.

The Boots Hearing Care service in Norwich was extremely professional and made what I thought would be a stressful experience very easy and informative.
I knew I was having hearing difficulties but had not realised just how bad my hearing had become. Once I was fitted with some trial hearing aids and they were switched on it was like an awakening, and I was able to hear speech really clearly. My first words were “Wow, just wow!” It also made me a bit sad as I realised just how much I had been missing!
Thank you to Dave, I have been given the best Christmas present and now that I can hear clearly, a brighter future being able to hear everything!

I felt that I was rushed into spending £2,000 on a hearing aid. The last visit I made ended with a recommendation that my wife should come along. She was not involved much. I found trying on a pair and walking around was very disconcerting.

In-depth hearing test with knowledgeable audiologist.

I was able to make an appointment at short notice & saw Vivek at the Norwich store. He is always polite & helpful. Understanding as I have new hearing aids & have questions.

My appointment with David was amazing. He fitted my replacement hearing aids explained that I needed to push the domes well into my ear and upwards as my ear canal was not straight. Showing me how to this and made sure I got it correct. He put me at ease answering all my questions and connected my hearing aids to my mobile phone and showed me how totapp above my ear to receive calls. Finally saying he wanted to see me in two weeks to make sure I was happy with them and to come with any questions that I needed help with.

Excellent advice from your colleague David.
So far l am happy with the fitting and the hearing that has returned to me without any freak noises . The blue tooth gave me a shock at first but now would not like to be without it.
The only thing that marred the day was your marketing leaflet which l must insist confuses me with your method of discounts. Something for you to look into and get back to me or David. Next appointment 7th September.

Dave was clear about the hearing aids available. Friendly, informative and supportive.

David the tester at castle mall boots explained everything well and the test proved I was partially deaf in both ears

I found the gentleman who did my hearing assessment very thorough and helpful
