Dave took me through all the stages so l was able to understand what he was explaining what l needed to make my hearing much better

As the worlds worst person for change,I thought outside of the waiting room here we go,we are in for a right old do.So in we went-amazingly there seemed to be a calm air and there stood David and within two minutes he got me instantly interested and excellent in what he was saying about the hearing aid most suitable for me. I can only say ten out of ten and in David and Boots have an excellent employee.

Highly professional consultation, patiently discussed each hearing aid option in detail. I was a very reluctant purchaser persuaded by the refund guarantee if the hearing aids I was about to purchase did not meet my needs. Having visited several specialists, Vivek at Boots, Norwich was by far the best.

The Audiologist made the who process so simple and reassuring, he explained every step and what its purpose was, its already improved my life being able to hear properly again so much.
I cant recommend the service enough.

EXPLAINED WHY THE BETTER ONES WULD KEEP UP WITH MY AcTIVITY , automatically adjust to situation , no little knob , can easily be tuned if hearing changes
has blue tooth
not to sure what that does but Anna explained how it could work for me .

Quick, detailed, welcoming

Had an appointment in January. Received an e mail to say it was cancelled and to telephone to rearrange, however I was in the the city and decided to go in store to see what the problems only to be told that my appointment was still valid and had just been moved to another audiologist. Yesterday morning the same thing happened for an appointment I have in March, telephoned to rearrange and once again was told that the appointment was still valid and had probably been moved to an alternative audiologist. Seems as though computer system needs a tweak to stop sending automatic messages indicating a cancellation. Very confusing and frustrating.

David was very helpful and explained everything very well.
