Booked a hearing appointment online. Understood that as I already had hearing aids the appointment would be 75 mins. Time for a hearing test and the selling. When I arrived the audiologist stated the time slot booked was for 30 mins. Time for the test but not the selling. So I had the test and did not buy anything. Audiologist was OK, not his fault. Well done Boots.

Prompt attention, friendly help

I recently had my annual review at the Reading Branch. I was seen by a senior audiologist Mr Shuren Hansora. He was truly outstanding. I have been using Boots for 7 years, but this was my first visit to this branch and my first experience of Shuren. I learnt so much about how to fit, clean and manage my hearing aids and all of this was new and had never been communicated before. I can not praise him enough and I will definately make sure I get an appointment with him in the future. I would recommend that Shuren runs a clinic for all boots audiologists becasue this is the finest service I have ever had not just at Boots, but at all other suppliers.

Shuren is absolutely fantastic. He really listens and cares about what he does. Caring and very dedicated, polite and knowledgeable, full of information and definitely a people person. He put us at ease straight away and explained everything in great detail. An asset to Boots Hearing and goes above and beyond.

I have had Boots hearing aids now for nearly 10 years and have always tremendous support from Richard and Shuren based at the Reading Branch. My annual check up on 27th October 2025 was with Shuren. A man with over 25 years experience, as always very professional and a pleasurable experience all round.

I’ve been wearing Boots Hearing Aids for a number of years and have consistently received excellent service from the team at the Reading branch. On a recent visit, I was fortunate to be seen by Shuren, whose service was truly outstanding.
Shuren was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with each step. Thanks to his expert guidance and support, I successfully upgraded my old hearing aids to a new top-of-the-range pair — and the difference has been remarkable.

My appointments have been on time and very informative.

which I felt very confident. The hearing aids which were recommended for me were in stock so I was able
to purchase them straight away. I was given a “follow up”’appointment in two weeks time. In the meantime I was asked to make notes about any concerns which arose. I can certainly recommend Boots Hearing.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Shuren at Boots Hearingcare at Reading Oracle. From my first hearing test he explained clearly and helpfully how my hearing was impaired. The follow-up appointment with Shuren was more than thorough with full, clear & non- hurried explanations of all the options available to me to improve my hearing. With two subsequent appointments I now have a superb set of almost invisible hearing aids and much improved hearing. I found Shuren, the audiologist, a complete professional, very knowledgeable and helpful and I would recommend the Boots Hearingcare service very highly.

Shuren is both very knowlegable and very reassuring.
Nothing is too much trouble and he took a long time to explain everything in great detail. I cannot recommend him enough.
As for the hearing aids themselves they have been a game changer for me.
