The service you receive from hearing aid suppliers whilst in the main is good,
However the quality of audiologists in many ways varies from good to average, occasionally you do find an exceptional one.

Despite having to reschedule several times due to my own health this was never a problem.
Amina took the time to explain the various hearing aid options available to me and the pros and cons of each. She was very patient, told me what to expect as I got used to the new hearing aid and how to maintain them.

Having already tried another audiology service, I did not feel entirely happy with the service provided. A close friend recommended Boots Audiology. My experience at Boots was notably much different. Amina Aurang spent much longer thoroughly explaining different types of hearing aid and the ones I would most benefit from. my customer experience with Amina at Boots Stockport was amazing, she was caring and informative about all the hearing products available and the different variations within each product.

she showed me how to keep my hearing aid clean on a daily basis and how to perform maintenance on them to keep them performing to there best.

she also listened to what i needed them for and explained the app as well.

Just received an email to cancel my appointment I had booked for months. Their excuse was people not turning up for appointments booked to far in advance?
Well that’s not my problem, I booked this date and time because it suited my needs.
Tried signing in to my account and the site keeps coming back as a BAD REQUEST and won’t log me in to make another appointment.
Was like this the last time I tried to get an appointment.
Absolutely rubbish service and the store last time I booked didn’t take Saturdays appointments.
Once my warranty runs out, I will never be using this company again, the service has been shocking all the way through my time with Boots Hearing Care.

Young lady very helpful. Gave good clear instructions and guidance . Explained clearly the whole process.

I have not found a hearing aid so far, which cuts/reduces background noise in spite of paying £3000 pounds for a device, which promised so much.

I am awaiting the newest device and having paid a further £963 I am yet to be convinced.

I have a long experience of Boots Hearing Care in Merseyway Stockport. I have obtained four hearing aids from them.
In that time I have been looked after by a few Audiologists.
They have all been very caring and professional but the present one is exceptional- Amina Aurang.
Nothing is too much trouble for her.

appointments were on time, no hanging about.

Amina, was really helpful and explained everything clearly.

At Boots Merseyway Stockport recently, after I had had a few bad experiences, Lee really took the time to understand the difficulties I have been having with my hearing aids. £3k worth of hearing aids have never been comfortable but he saw exactly what was wrong with the wires, re-calibrated them, re fitted them - the improvement is excellent.

We saw Amina at Stockport, Amina is a very caring and a professional person. She has made our visits very pleasant. 10 out of 10.

Sanna is a wonderful, friendly audiologist who took time to listen to what I needed from my hearing aids and made suggestions that would help.
