I was phoned 5 minutes before my 10 am…
I was phoned 5 minutes before my 10 am appointment to tell me it had been cancelled. I had received a text sent at 9:51 which I didn’t pick up and a 9:55 email which arrived about an hour later. I had left home at about 9am as I live a distance away and didn’t want to be late. This was extremely poor customer service. I was later phoned by Ameer who was doing the hearing aid fitting to apologise and arrange a new appointment for the next day. She provided excellent service.
