Goed om te weten: Bose heeft geen klantenservice meer in België, wat de opvolging van problemen iets moeilijker maakt. Uiteindelijk ben ik prima via de winkel (Mediamarkt) geholpen.
De Bluetooth oortjes zijn heel goed.

Thankfully I only ordered a set of cushions. There's no way to contact anyone, if the website loads at all. Do not buy anything from this site.

Site is a fraud: no way to contact the costumer service.
Site depicts itself as the Belgian branch of Bose while the money goes to a account in Mexico.

Na mijn revolve+ box op te sturen voor herstelling en hiervoor 132 euro voor neer te leggen, heb ik na 5 maanden nog steeds mijn product niet terug. Voor updates moet ik elke week zelf terug contact opnemen via een chat waar ik 15-30 minuten in moet spenderen vooraleer ik nieuwe informatie krijg en jammer genoeg valse beloftes. Ik ging na 2 maand mijn product binnen 2 weken in mijn postbus ontvangen. We zijn ondertussen 5 maanden verder. Als ik dit geweten had, had ik het product wel gewoon opnieuw gekocht. Maar nu ben ik én mijn box kwijt én 132 euro kwijt én ondertussen 5 maand zonder box. Zelf een compensatie voor het lange wachten willen ze niet doen. Slechtste ervaring met een reparatie service dat ik ooit al gehad heb.

Asked for customer service for replacement ear cushions that had become detached from the adhesive after less than 6 months of use. Customer service said in the first conversation that the cushions were in stock and they would send them quickly, but after waiting more than 6 weeks they said we do not have them in stock, you should go to the reseller.
What a responsible and helpful customer service :-|

I purchased a Bose headset on March 25, 2024, through Bose Belgium’s website (Klantnummer: 131737634). Unfortunately, one of the hard case zippers became faulty. Since the product is still under warranty, I reached out to Bose in November to request a replacement.

Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have received no response via email, call, or any form of communication. Each time I call, I am met with the same scripted response that my case will be escalated – yet no follow-up has occurred.

As a loyal Bose customer, I expected better after-sales support. I understand issues can arise, but a lack of communication and failure to address a simple warranty claim for months is unacceptable.

I hope this review will prompt someone from the Bose team to finally address this issue.
