The gentleman I first saw at the desk was very helpful as the car is fitted with a very expensive alarm system that takes some working out, but they managed to sort this out and did the service in very good time.

So i own a honda and it has come with a 5 year warranty. Went there this morning for a service. And was dealt with a COLLIN HOLLOWAY, I told him my rear wiper needed a replacement. Well he didn't confirm a price, I see a bill for £37.19 to replace a wiper? So, I ask Collin Holloway, how do you justify that price when a wiper blade costs 7.99 at halfords? He is, well...we will replace your old wipers back you get em done for £7.99 if your lucky, wishing me luck. Now, if you are happy with that sort of an attitude and ofcourse service, then you should go to these dealers, BRAYLEYS HONDA IN OPRPINGTON. Worst customer service i have ever seen ans experienced...the first time when i took my car for service they topped it with plain water, but i let it go thinking it must be a rookie mistake, i kid u not. I would never touch these cowboys with a barge poll again. I mean, he wasn't even bothered to discuss the issue, thinking if he belittled me I would just feel bad and tell him, sure go ahead just swipe that card. I understand Honda is having an issue with its cars and they have discontinued their electric version Eny1, and I understand Honda owners are no longer cash cows, but we still live in a country where customers are king and day light robbery needs highlighting. MY DAYS OF OWNING A HONDA ARE DONE.

The service was quick. It ended up being a good thing that I chose to wait and collect the car instead of having to travel about 9 miles back home and then return to pick the car within about 2.5 hours!

I was however disappointed that unlike your competitors, the car was not washed after the service was completed. This is a complimentary service that you should offer your customers.

I have been having my Honda service at Bayley’s since they arrived at Orpington. I can honestly say I have always been impressed with the service I received and the quality of the work carried out. They are very professional but at the same time friendly and helpful.

I booked my car in for the service and mot and to check a recall. My interaction with Debbie, Emma and Colin from the service department was great. All friendly and lovely people.

I would highly recommend Brayleys as they are professional and friendly and the care and attention is amazing.

All the people i delt with from booking a date for my service and MOT, to taking it in and being kept up to date on the progress. All were very frenley and helpful.

Post service collection I found several black stains on the driver seat. Although these were cleaned off once pointed out, no apology or explanation was offered. On returning home I discovered a soaking wet boot with signs of blue paper towel obviously used to soak up some sort of spill. I had to hoover up when dry but whatever towel had been used has left a permanent whitish residue over half of the boot! Finally they neglected to refit both offside tyre dust caps.
Very, very disappointing.

Knew we were coming, no petrol in the car, valet wasn't as good as it should of been, back mat missing, marks on it that wasn't declared, clip broke in back, salesman not too enthusiastic as it wasn't his sale, wasn't serviced as it should of been so I have to now do it in my time, no owners manual, mileage higher than advertised.....

Always a good service and to top it as well, the manager Simon, put right a problem that we had with an insurance add on when we bought the car. Brilliant.

The crew in Orpington are very professional and friendly, they serviced and MOTed my car and finished it early.
I will be going back next year!

I called up to ask about the car, and manager was happy that I will come in an hour for a test drive. He even told me that someone who called him if they call back will tell them I’m already test driving the car.
I left the same moment, while I was 20minutes away he called me to tell me that someone else walked in and will be viewing and test driving the car.
I was on the train with funds and once I got to the showroom I had to wait until someone who didn’t book an appointment can decide if they wanna buy it.
That’s morally wrong, it costed me time and money, verbal agreement means nothing for the manager.
He gave me confidence that I will have opportunity to see the car provided we are about to meet in an hour.
Have never experienced anything like this.
Of course they would sell you something else it’s all about quantity.

Service was done very quickly, everyone one was polite and pleasant.

Efficient booking in. Quick, no quibble repair. Car returned by lunchtime.

Emma explain well what was completed at service and MOT. The extra work needed was 9completed was explained also at a later date a brake pad would need to changed. . She went through all documents and checked we had seen the video of tyre check etc. I am very pleased with Brayley and would always recommend them.

My car in for a MOT and service, The mechanic sent a video of his inspection and work carried out. When informed l could collect my car the reception took me again through the work informing me of what maybe needed to be looked at in the future. From this l had the confidence to drive away knowing l was safe on the road (female driver).
