Sales rep George very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the car. He helped us negotiate the less than perfect IT communications between Brayley's and Honda's IT systems during the new car purchase.

This was our first car buying experience from Brayleys and I can highly recommend them.
I am Autistic and struggle with talking to people. I get easily overwhelmed in new situations. It’s taken me a year to get my head around parting with my car that has 150k miles on the clock. The thought of car shopping was simply too much. Previous experience with pushy sales people had put me off and quite honestly, I was dreading it.
Tom was lovely. He had a very gentle approach, opened the cars and left us to it. He was available to ask questions but put absolutely no pressure on us to buy a car. There was no watching over us, no hard sales talk and it was genuinely a stress free viewing. It made the experience so much better for us. Once we made our decision, the purchase was straightforward. Everything was so easy! I left with a car I am happy with, reassurance of warranty cover and knowledge that my car will be In safe hands for future services.

Received a genuine welcome at reception, the work (service and MOT) was carried out promptly and the loan car was great. Excellent in all respects. See you next year :-)

Excellent communication throughout by efficient and friendly staff. 2-year money-saving service contract recommended and taken out. Altogether a quick, easy and trouble-free experience. Good customer service, in particular Colin Holloway in the vehicle service department spotted an in house error on my service plan that he immediately rectified. The result of which I will be receiving a sizeable refund.
All aspects of service and minor additional work all completed to a high standard.

Booked in for first MOT and service. I booked early to ensure I got a 'wait for' appointment. All went smoothly. Good check-in and contact (whilst I shopped!). Who knew they even send you a quick video too these days!
