All work completed as necessary but would have been good to know about the predictable mileage related items at 8.30am rather than at 4pm, particularly as bought and been serviced there previously.

fitted in my overdue MOT and service the next day.

Communication was great and very professional, Colin letting us know the car was now fit and healthy, Emma taking the payment over the telephone, and not ever forgetting the professionalism of all the mechanics who keep us safe on the road, with our full service, mot and health car check and the extras we needed eg wiper blades, and air conditioning treatment. What a team, you brought a smile to our faces as you looked after us with such care and a smile, see you next year or before if needed

If you want to buy either a new or used car, this is certainly the company I would highly recommend. More than helpful in discussions about the best option available with absolutely no pressure to make a decision. The level of professionalism and courtesy extended to us when we made our purchase can only be described as outstanding, and the individual care given to us by Paul was amazing for which we are extremely grateful. It was also a pleasure to meet Kingston.

Could get car serviced as I waited at the dealership. Good service and had no issues.

Service book not stamped so will need to go back. Car was not cleaned as previously has been. Asked for valuation of car - this was not provided and a can of AC treatment that I asked to be used and left on front seat with service manuals and wheel locks was not done. A USB port is not working and they wanted £180 just to look at it during service. Now that service plan is over probably change dealer.

I took my CRV to Brayley Honda for its annual service dropping it off at 8am. I was received by efficient staff and was told I would be called when my car was ready to be collected. Expecting it to take most of the day I had organised a courtesy car to use whilst mine was being serviced. I was most pleasantly surprised to receive a call just before lunch saying my car was ready for collection. Wow, how good was that! Great service and customer care, well done Brayley.

Poor after-sales experience with Brayley Honda Orpington.

I bought a car from them, and within 12 months, the GPF failed, a major and expensive issue that you wouldn’t expect so soon after purchase. When I returned to the dealership on the day the fault occurred, instead of helping, the salesperson told me there was no warranty and simply gave me contact details for a local garage to sort it out myself.

The technician at Brayleys, who advised me to go to the manufacturer instead. At no point did anyone at the dealership offer to take responsibility or properly guide me through a warranty process. I was effectively passed around and left to deal with the problem on my own.

What makes this worse is that later, during the Ombudsman case, the dealership claimed the car did come with a 12-month warranty, but said I hadn’t gone to the “right person.” Which is completely unreasonable. I went to the dealership in person on the day the issue happened and spoke to both the salesperson and a technician. As a customer, I shouldn’t be expected to navigate internal staff structures to get basic support.

Overall, the after-sales service was extremely poor. Once they had made the sale, there was no real interest in helping when something went wrong. I would strongly recommend being very cautious and ensuring you obtain clear, written confirmation of any warranty, as well as the exact contact details to use if issues arise.

George Ascott who is my sale representative was friendly, very professional, so helpful and very welcoming when I was looking around for a new car. He answered all the questions I throw at him. I was looked a after really well everytime I go to the shop. In summary the service is great. The staff are great. Communications are great. All in all I had a great experience buying my car at Brayleys in Orpington branch.

Very professional man who explained everything in detail and was patient with me.

Was handed a health check paper report after my car service which stated that the brake pads were 40% worn - I found this had to understand as the car had only done some 1,100 miles from new - extrapolating, this would mean that the pads would require replacing at some 2,500 miles - I queried this on Brayleys web but have not received a reply - I am not impressed!

Sales rep George very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the car. He helped us negotiate the less than perfect IT communications between Brayley's and Honda's IT systems during the new car purchase.

This was our first car buying experience from Brayleys and I can highly recommend them.
I am Autistic and struggle with talking to people. I get easily overwhelmed in new situations. It’s taken me a year to get my head around parting with my car that has 150k miles on the clock. The thought of car shopping was simply too much. Previous experience with pushy sales people had put me off and quite honestly, I was dreading it.
Tom was lovely. He had a very gentle approach, opened the cars and left us to it. He was available to ask questions but put absolutely no pressure on us to buy a car. There was no watching over us, no hard sales talk and it was genuinely a stress free viewing. It made the experience so much better for us. Once we made our decision, the purchase was straightforward. Everything was so easy! I left with a car I am happy with, reassurance of warranty cover and knowledge that my car will be In safe hands for future services.
