**Extremely disappointing experience — avoid this company**

I paid £172 for an insurance policy that never even came into effect. After taking my payment, Broker Experts claimed that expired penalty points on my licence affected the policy and suddenly increased the insurance price by several thousand pounds.

Despite the policy never becoming active, they kept the full £172 payment. In my opinion, this is an extremely unfair and misleading business model designed to take money from customers and then create reasons to demand much higher payments.

I received no insurance cover and no proper value for the money I paid. Their handling of the situation felt dishonest, exploitative and completely unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to avoid Broker Experts and carefully check every condition before making any payment.

Charged over £300 in cancellation fees when I didn't want to cancel policy. The reason it was cancelled is because I stopped a direct debit for an unrecognised charge of £25 from a third-party, Premium Credit. They did not make clear they had sold my insurance premium collections to a third party nor did they make clear there was a hidden £25 fee. Despite having an open case with the financial ombudsman they have continued pressuring me with daily calls, emails and texts from a debt collection agency. I have logged all the evidence for the FOS and currently seeking redress. DO NOT go with this company - Buy cheap, buy twice.

Absolute con artist saying I had an accident I can’t remember the so-called accident.
Cancelled my insurance so I’m driving on the road with no insurance absolutely shocking.
They made out they couldn’t hear me on the phone when I rang back to a different department the young lady she heard me very clear.
I would stay clear from this company they make out they do it really cheap and then they pull stunts what they’ve done here absolutely shocking.
Once they’ve got your money, they got control of you. They can make anything up.

I had a fantastic experience with Tony. From start to finish, he was incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely wanted to help. He got my policy set up quickly and efficiently, making the whole process completely stress-free.

What impressed me most was how hard he worked to find me the best possible price. He took the time to explore every option and did everything he could to reduce the cost without compromising on the cover I needed. His excellent customer service, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tony to anyone looking for great service and someone who genuinely puts their customers first. Thank you!
