Brilliant experience! In contact every day from the moment I got in touch. Very smooth and all members of staff were very helpful. The car is lovely as well!

I was dubious about buying a car online but as they had exactly what I was looking for, at a very reasonable price, I decided to go for it. I'm pleased to say it was an easy transaction with great communication from friendly, helpful staff. Car was delivered to my door and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Excellent service. I was kept updated throughout, they notified me of minor scratches before I purchased and negotiated their removal before I accepted the car. Car arrived on time and was exactly as described. I’d be happy to purchase another car through BuyaCar.

I waited for a while for the car to come and when it did finally come it came without some of the accessories. I called buy a car and spoke to Alex. I explained the issue and she told me she has ordered the missing parts from the dealership and all will be with me soon

This is the second time ive used buyacar.co.uk and both times were really good experiences. They were very helpful in finding the car i want and the delivery came at a reasonable time. They also helped with the part exchange of my old car (which i got through buyacar).

I initially reserved my car on 22nd December last year, and it arrived with me on the 7th January - all pretty straight forward.

There were a few issues initially reported to myself upon purchase (few chips, scratches, cigarette burn in seat) which I said was fine - a second hand car, its to be expected. I was the notified of some more issues two days before delivery - mainly cosmetic, but also tyre damage. I still said this was ok.

Unfortunately, when the car turned up, it literally looked like it had been driven by the previous owner the same morning. It stank of cigarettes, the seats were covered in burns & stains, and there was actually rubbish under the sets and in the back seat pockets/boots. It had not been valeted, at all. It also had a slow puncture, and a bulb out on the reverse light.

What I will say, is that BuyACar did absolutely everything they could to resolve these issues for me.
Chelsea, my account manager, stayed in constant contact and reassured me that these would be sorted. Even when I was stressful and perhaps a little short, Chelsea was absolutely excellent. The same goes for the rest of the team, and its an absolute shame that the quality control/communication with the garages BuyACar use isn't on par.

I have no idea how the car made its away from the garage, and was apparently "quality checked and valeted, and it was still deemed acceptable to be delivered in the condition it was in.

Despite the issues, I would genuinely use BuyACar again. They were helpful and kind, and its a shame whoever is in charge of making sure the cars are up to standard for customers isn't as committed as the customer service team.

Would recommend this company to anyone the process was so smooth with no problems, I bought a car and though no fault of their own I sent it back, they took in back with no question asked and arranged for another the following week really pleased with every thing
