This is now the fourth time we have bought a car through BuyaCar and they never disappoint. The whole process from reserving the car to having it delivered to your doorstep is super smooth and fast (less than two weeks!). Everything is always as advertised. Never a bad surprise. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They have such an outstanding customer service! This is very impressive. Special thanks to Alexandra from the Operations Team. She is incredibly kind and dedicated and will go above and beyond to make you happy.

Buy a car have been really helpful and reliable

I have had my car for about 3 months. It was the first time I had bought a car online. I found the experience straight forward. The process was a bit strange only because I had not done
this way before. But with a little guidance from the friendly helpful staff it went well.
The only thing I was disappointed with was there was no photos of car. I requested some. The agent asked the dealership to send. They did they were not very good poor Quality car was dirty mud splatters marks wheels and lower part of car. As if it had been stored in a muddy field.The interior was not hoovered. I asked for more with the car cleaned what I would of expected on a dealer selling a car. I brought this up with Buyacar twice and both times I was assured me that it be washed and clean. I still wanted some better photos to view before delivery. I did not receive any more photos at all.
The only time I saw the car was only driveway.When the man delivered the Vehicle I was impressedThankfully my thoughts were dismissed. The car was cleaned and tidy,as I would of expected when paying so much.
I do not blame Buyacar or the agents. It's the after sales I have a problem with.But I was not at all impressed with the nationwide dealership.The person who delivered the car was useless did not show any interest of showing me around the car. He was to busy on his phone sending a message. He was more thinking of saying very little and getting away. He never offered any helpful information of the car what so ever.In my case I had chosen a car that the dealership was very poor. I therefore think the amount I was charged for delivery was to much.
Within a week I received a message from Buyacar asking me for my experience in buying a car. I told them what I thought of the dealership and the delivery. I did ask for a reply about my concerns. But never received anything back from either the dealership or buyacar in a form of a response not impressed.
My message to would be buyers using Buyacar. Try and pick a car with photos. You will also find the agents helpful and friendly.
As for the Car I love it. A mid range review that could of been a 5 Star if it was only the dealer and the after sales team could of giving a reply to my concerns about the state of the car of no photos and the poor delivery.

All I can say is take the warranty- don’t trust the checks they do pre-sale.

Having spent over £14k on a vehicle, 3 months later I’m having to spend hundreds repairing a faulty vehicle.

But at least they gave me a goodwill token - 1/6th of what I have to pay to fix the car 👎🏼

Very fast and simple process on receiving my car. I had trouble with a previous lease company so I went with buy a car and received my car in 2 weeks. There was no hassle , finance checks was very quick , amazing customer service , staff were very helpful, polite and efficient, I had Regular updates, I Would highly recommend 10/10

The best service what I have ever

Just got my new vehicle through buyacar and it has been so straight forward. Nothing was too much trouble, Any questions I had or anything I was worried about.. Their friendly team always got straight back to me, No problems, Communication is excellent. Absolutely love my new car.

The process was very smooth, buying my first car was made soo much easier, all my questions and worries were answered very quickly.

We recieved excellent service from buyacar when we purchased our family vehicle earlier this year. From the first initial phone call through to the follow up calls once the car had arrived everyone we spoke to were helpful.

I found the experience pretty seamless.
The website was clear with all the information I needed and the prices were competitive.
The people I dealt with were helpful and polite whether I spoke directly or sent an e-mail.
The delivery of the car was well handled well too.
Overall I am very happy with my experience of purchasing a car through Buy-a-Car and would happily recommend them.

Second time I have used buyacar due to how good they were the first time. This time I traded a car with them and it couldn't have been easier. 1 car picked up after inspection and new car dropped off all on the same day.
