Excellent service and good value for money

Excellent service from BuyACar…. The staff are really helpful and understanding.. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying a car online… absolutely faultless and smooth purchase…. Never going to a dealer again.

Excellent service! I have had no problems with anything.

Buying a car was easy and stress free. I registered interest in a car and the same day I was contacted by BuyaCar and my finance application was submitted.
When it came to delivery the operator who rang me already new my profession and suggested a delivery time that would be convenient for my work hours.
When picking up my car from the dealership, BuyaCar spotted a minor chip in the windscreen and contacted me immediately with a solution. The delivery driver was friendly and knowledgable. I have enjoyed driving my new car and have had no issues to date.

I searched the internet looking for a suitable and reliable company to purchase a used Land Rover Discovery Sport. Buyacar had such an easy to use website and provided regular communication that suited my needs. I had a car at my doorstep within a few weeks from start to finish and this was delivered from the other end of the country. I'm a few months in now and the car is everything we expected it to be. I'm not inundated by unnecessary comms, yet if I have any questions they are at hand to support.

Everything went smooth and professional from start to finish. My new car was delivered in great condition, clean inside and out, no problems. Used them for the past two cars I’ve had and will use them next time too. Really smooth service. Did a part exchange this time and it was so smooth. The car I bought delivered before 9AM and the exchanged car taken away with no haggling by a separate driver an hour later.

Wife and I purchased a car with a DSG Auto Gearbox with a 30 day warranty. Gearbox failed on the 31st day. I had to seek advice from Consumer Advice Scotland who were great and advised me BuyaCar had to pay for all the repairs as car was not fit for purpose. They have no urgency about them and I am still waiting for car to be returned 3 weeks later. First time I have bought a car online - AND THE LAST. Would not buy from this Company! If you do buy, I hope your car has no problems.

Quick and seamless service from start to finish. First time I’ve bought a car online so a little apprehensive, but i needn’t have feared anything with a great mixture of engagement through online/phone/email throughout the process. The car was also great value considering the recent surge in second hand car prices. They also went the extra mile to find a delivery driver to ensure the car was delivered in time for a staycation, pulling out all the stops to prevent the need for a rental car. Highly recommended!
