Don’t normally do reviews but just had to tell you how pleased I am with my butchers block island. It is truly beautiful. The craftsmanship is exceptional. I wanted a different size, no problem, then different handles and then different runners. All not a problem. I kept in touch by phone and email all through the process. Then it was delivered by Adam himself. A beautiful piece of furniture that now sits in my kitchen. Thank you Adam and team.

I bought a bespoke Corsair Kitchen Island and I’m delighted. The quality, the feel and the colour match are all superb, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The island isn’t cheap but it’s worth every penny, and it was delivered and assembled in my kitchen at home.

Very happy to have received much earlier than expected our Butcher Block Kitchen Island. This is a lifetime beautiful handcrafted piece of furniture that really stand magnificently in our kitchen. Not cheap but worth all his money.

Very happy with my larder that Adam built to my exact design and specifications. My own hinges and knobs were sent to Adam to match my existing kitchen. It came sanded smooth ready for painting at my request. I wanted to paint myself. Any communication from myself was responded to very quickly,
Delivered when scheduled.
I would highly recommend Captains Craftworks.

This larder is the most beautiful piece of craftsmanship - it also takes up minimal foot space considering how much it holds; it is a Tardis. We love, love, love it. (Designed, built, finished, delivered, and assembled by Adam who is a woodworking genius.)

We recently bought a butchers block and a couple of stools from these lovely people. We opted to have it on wheels, and with an overhang so we could also use it as a breakfast bar.
Both the butchers block and the stools are great. We are so pleased with them.
They even colour matched the paint to some of our kitchen units.
We would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be using them again.

We have just taken delivery of a butchers block. Right from ordering to delivery everything was first rate. We decided on a butchers block with wheels rather than a fixed island for our recently renovated kitchen as it gave us more flexibility and are really pleased we chose Captains Craftworks. A solidly constructed, beautifully finished piece of skilful designed furniture that we can be proud to own. Matched to our colour sample perfectly it takes pride of place in our kitchen.
