Awful experience. Taken 2 months for them to acknowledge a return, having ignored the courier for over a month regarding the parcel I had sent and returned to them on time. After no response to 3 emails and 2 DMs (of course there is no customer support number) they then partially refunded me and still insist on paying for the shipping that they messed up on. Terribly run business without a clue how to provide a service to their customers.

De sendte de forkerte bukser, i forhold til billedet på hjemmeside og ordrebekræftelse. Sendte dem retur for over 14 dage siden, hørte intet og nu kan de ikke finde returneringen. Har bekræftelse fra Bring, at ordren er returneret og leveret hos dem! Skrevet til dem 3 gange nu!

Produkte fallen unterschiedlich aus bei Größen und Passform, wie auch Qualität. Kundenservice existiert nicht, Retouren funktionieren nicht, keine Antwort auf mehrere Mails.

Man! C'est Normal's "The Jeans regular fit" is legit one of the best jeans (if not the best one) i've ever had. As a former skateboarder etc. This pants feels so good!! So streatchy! Will never get in the way for doing big tricks on the board.

Alos got the "Kangaroo hoodie", can't say anything els than that i LOVE it!

They published a mistake price...fair enough. But many companies honor these mistakes (especially airlines with mistake fares). C'est Normal chose not to. Not going to purchase anything from them ever again.

The products are of very poor quality, and the customer service does not comply with the Swedish consumer protection laws regarding warranty and the right to complain. In Sweden, buyers are entitled to claim defects for up to 3 years under the Consumer Purchase Act, but the company refuses to honor this and simply stops responding when you contact them. I cannot recommend buying from this company.

You can complain (it cost about €15) at Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced!
Sorry for leaving this review a bit late — I ordered The Shorts and had a small issue, but the way it was handled completely exceeded my expectations. Honestly, it was 10 times better than what you’d experience with most other shops.

I was so impressed that I’ll definitely be buying from C’est Normal again and have already recommended it to friends. Absolutely outstanding experience!

Niet tevreden met de Straight Jeans (slechte stof, kreukelt enorm). Ook bijzonder dat er veel reviews online staan, maar ik zelf nergens een review kan achterlaten.

Update: Nette reactie vanuit C'est Normal. Helaas geen refund, maar wel een klein deel en een korting voor een volgende aankoop.

Changes to only one star. 4 months and 4 emails later. No reply. Great products, but when I got an issue with a pair of sunglasses, I contacted support***cestnormal.co***. But no reply even after sending a friendly reminder. Tried to contact them through their chat function on their homepage. No reply either. Does anyone know how to contact them?

Do not byt clothes from C’est Normal, extremly poor quality, i have reagera out to them about the shorts i bought, and the jeans i bought but no answer, The shorts mesh pockets has a hole in them after 2 months, the prints laster one wash, the jeans is okay, but i dont use them a lot, the rubber batch has split into two pieces. Not at all worth the price tag.

Quality is very poor, since Jon left. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. I am really disappointed with my order. They used to make good quality products, but not anymore. Will never buy from them again.

Riktigt långsamma leveranser, första leveransen jag skulle fått försvann med bring så de fick skicka om det. När jag väl fick leveransen var storleken för liten så jag skickade tillbaka för att få en storlek större men det tar återigen tid (fortfarande inte fått shortsen)

Provade att köpa skorna. Har tidigare haft Adidas/nike och märks att detta är ett litet märke. De blir dåliga mycket snabbt och tappar stötdämpningen. Haft dem i några veckor nu och har fått ont i fötterna så dämpningen är helt borta.

Sneakers besteld. Voor een bedrag van 160 euro mag je wat verwachten maar ze zitten werkelijk voor geen meter. Ze zijn zwaar en hebben een harde rand in de binnenkant waardoor je je zijkant van je voeten stukloopt. Nooit meer voor mij, geen aanrader.

Levering duurt ook relatief lang maar zou ik geen probleem vinden als ze écht premium zouden zijn.

I feel lied and cheated and the best i got was bunch of AI replies with political answers.

I bought their mystery box deals for Dudes and Ladys. The delivery took longer than promised, but i was not sad about it. I understood. But the trouble started when i got the delivery. Instead of 3 items, i got 1 ( 1 item out of 2 from Mens Mystery Box). The 3 items were promised by Cest Normal customer support as well. When i asked what happened they said that everything was shipped. Which was not. Finally they agreed and they refunded the Mystery Box for ladies. I asked about the 2nd item from the Mens mystery box. It clearly says its a mens item on their homepage. But Customer support said it was suppose to be in the Ladys Box, for which i was refunded. I didnt agree and i sent them the picture of their own webpage. The reply then was that it is UNISEX instead. But pictures on their homepages were all of male and no word of Unisex was presented on the product page. When i asked about the size, they said they made a mistake. I ordered male size M and Ladys size S. The missing product was M, indicating it should be Male.
The best they offered was 15% discount. Which every other client gets when signing up or during any other sale.
I asked for their customer complaint department to look into it. But after that it was silence.
I asked for socks to cover the missing item for Male Mystery box. But they claimed till the end that the Male Ivory Polo should have belonged to Ladys Mystery Box.

Jag beställde två par byxor (Order 75119). När jag provade dem konstaterade jag att det är olika längd på byxorna, trots samma modell och storlek (M). De gråa (se bild) är betydligt kortare än de svarta. De gråa verkar vara för korta och de svarta passar mig bra.

Very happy with the clothes I have received, and wear it as much as possible.

Quality is great.

Some pieces unfortunatly had manufacturing faults, but Zuzanne from Customer support reacted promptly within 12 hours of contact to offer me a replacement or full refund.

Exstremely impressed, will shop again!

Very low quality and highprices. The ads look good, but everything else is cheap quality. Even refund is extremely expensice customers have to pay themselves. Do not buy.
