We are in the process of completing the purchase of a house in Hay on Wye. Travis has been extremely helpful and available to get us the perfect house! Thank you Travis for making the process so smooth.

Travis from the Hay on Wye office was excellent during a recent viewing we completed on a lovely property. He was friendly, engaging and made us feel very relaxed and welcome to explore the property. I had a lot of questions as it was a unique property that had been extended. He knew all of the back story and information and I was super impressed. Whilst the house wasn’t the right one for us due to size, the experience was excellent and I purchased our current home through Chancellors. Great to see the quality of staff is still right up there and thank you.

Positive experience. Was running late and response from when I called in was positive. Travis was there at the property and let me take a look at my own pace which was nice and was informative about the property.

Chancellor’s made the experience bearable and sorted out issues with other third parties which otherwise would have made it an unhappy experience.

Having contact with the owner was very good and meeting with them we were able to understand how things worked etc

Chris Dorsett of Chancellors visited 5 Brecon Road, Hay on Wye, on 21st August 2024 to advise on a market valuation of the property. He was extremely professional and helpful, explaining how he had arrived at his valuation and detailing how to proceed, should we decide to put the house on the market. He is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous, both in person and on the telephone.

im not one to write reviews but found myself pulled to write this review , only towards positive criticism .

firstly I found all the personal at Chancellors fantastic right from the start to a rocky finish , which Rebecca handled very well

what I would like to comment on , is the letting hub program and process , I found it really tiring and unnecessary, I found the whole process slow .

Simplicity is the key to a seamless process , I really struggled with this system and I felt the chancellors personnel also struggled with it .

Jane was excellent to deal with. Found and matched a tenant for us quickly. Helped with paperwork and checked everything had proceeded smoothly with the handover to tenants.
