Would like to thank Natasha from chancellors, Leominster. For her help when showing us round the property. She was both well presented and polite. She gave us lots of information about the property we were viewing. She answered all our questions.

The communication and viewing with Natasha was great all the way through. Very professional, knowledgeable and most of all friendly and great to work with. Would definitely recommend!

I selected Chancellors to sell my house after presentations form others because of their apparent professionalism and enthusiasm. Natasha in particular has always been very enthusiastic and eager to learn more about the (500 year old + ) property. The last person to view it had been very well briefed and made an acceptable offer within an hour of the visit. Well done Natasha!

Natasha responded immediately to my request to view a property. She was friendly, efficient and professional. She was also very knowledgeable about both the property and seller. Her response to any communication has been quick and accurate. She comes across as an honest, genuine person as well as a professional. She was a pleasure to deal with.

Natasha was incredibly professional, but also had a very friendly and approachable manor. I felt very comfortable asking her about anything in regards to the property, what I am looking for etc. She went above and beyond in meeting my timing needs due to working full time, and even though she is off on leave next week she made sure to talk me through what would happen when she was away if anyone got in touch, or if I needed to speak with anyone.
I told Natasha at the viewing that I have not had a great experience recently with other estate agents but I’m so pleased with Natasha and am really looking forward to be going forward on this journey with her, she fills me with complete confidence!

Maria and Natasha at Leominster Chancellors have been there from valuation, viewings of portential properties and viewers for our own. They have been very busy and not immediately available but they have always responded and we have felt that our hands have been held throughout the process. Always optimistic of a good outcome, our anxieties and fears and been put to rest. The process is by no means over but I'm very hopeful of a good outcome.

During our search for a property in this mad, pandemic world of buyers desperately seeking properties and jumping on the bidding war bandwagon, we have become increasingly concerned that we will never find a house at all, let alone the property of our dreams. Most estate agents we have dealt with for some months now only seem interested in how many viewers they can cram into a property on a single day or, on the flip side, you are lucky to even get a viewing in the first place as the viewing appointments are fully booked soon after the property appears on the website I appreciate that the Agent is working for the vendor and wants to get the best possible price for the property, but it has all become rather too stressful for us. It is not always easy to see whether a property or an area is suitable for you based on photographs and short descriptions on websites and when travelling some distance to view a property you need to know you have been dealing with a reputable Agent who has listened to your requirements and has made an effort to find a suitable property.

It was therefore extremely refreshing to speak to someone today who was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic and actually took the time to listen to our requirements and, whilst being extremely professional, sympathised with our plight and promised to contact us once something suitable was in the pipeline. That person was Natasha Maddox and I felt extremely heartened and reassured following our conversation. Of course, some people often make promises they do not keep but, based on our conversation, I sensed Natasha was the exception to that rule and will do her best to help us.

My experience with all members of staff has been very positive. They have been helpful in answering any questions, giving me reassurance and providing regular updates.
In particular, both Becky and Natasha have been not only efficient but also caring in their approach towards me, the seller.

Natasha liaised with us prior to our appointment, a three hour journey to get there. She had a difficult job that morning as unfortunately two staff were off due to illness. Our appointment was moved after we were asked if we could attend later and Natasha was very grateful.
She met us with a broad smile, the viewing was carried out bearing in mind Covid restrictions. Natasha was very thorough pointing out interesting parts of the property and asking us if we had questions. She realised it’s not just a house but a new way of life we could be signing up for and we have to feel excited and comfortable with this new home. We were not rushed which was much appreciated by us.

Very good service from Chancellors, Leominster branch. Maria came to see us and we were impressed with her knowledge of the current market and helped us obtain the best price for our property. Kept us informed of how the advert was performing, gained viewings quickly and sold within a week of being advertised. I would recommend and probably use them again if we were to move in the future.

I got in touch with Chancellors Leominster branch as they are one of the local estate agents in my town to put my house up for sale in Leominster. I arranged to meet Maria at the property the next day she gave me a price of what she thought it would sell for .I was very pleased with the price and what's more I was very pleased with Maria's professionalism of how she was going to market the property. Within 2 weeks she had sold my property for me. The communications between myself and Chancellor's was second to none.
